With the increasing production in the E & P INDONESIA PT.MEDCO
especially in S & CS Asset, then it is likely to damage the pump unit will be
greater. To improve the quality and efficiency of the pump, especially
\"Reciprocating Pump\" then writing about trouble shooting and maintenance of
reciprocating pump is very important. Writing about reciprocating pump itself
due to lack of media or references to trouble shooting and maintenance of
reciprocating pump in Indonesian as well as to support the existing maintenance
methods. The role of this thesis is very important because as a media reference in
carrying out maintenance process.
With good maintenance process, it is expected to keep the condition of the
equipment and machinery is always in a state ready for use on any necessary
optimally so as to ensure continuity of production as well as to extend the use of
the equipment and to ensure safety so as to provide optimal working comfort.
Reciprocating pump is a very important unit in the process of production
on the oil companies, because keeping the water level in the reservoir tank and as
a means to drain the water back into production wells. Source of problems that
occur not only due to the pump itself, but can also be caused by other units such
as strainers that can not work well anymore. Care should be routinely performed
in accordance predetermined schedule so that the unit is always ready at the

problem with the damage of AC have to pay high cost. They do not know how to
identify it because of the less information about how to install and to maintain it
rightly. The purpose of this study is to know deeply about the technique of AC,
specially Toshiba AC.
There are some methods used in the study. The first is observation of the
installation and maintenance of Air Conditioner (AC), in this study the object is
Toshiba AC. The second is interview, the writer collecting the data by
interviewing people that have more experience and understand about it. The third
is conducting library study to the relevant articles and books.
The result of this study shows that the installation of AC should be
consecutively and should watch the installation diagram. And also the people
must do the maintenance it to prevent from damage
PENGARUH INJEKSI UAP AIR PADA MOTOR 2 TAK TERHADAP DAYA
The desire to improve the performance of the engine, resulting in many
ways have been sought. One of the efforts made by many people is to use water
injection system, which serves water to prevent premature combustion, which
causes knocking or detonation in the engine .
But with the fear of heat loss will amount to change the phase of the
water, there arose the idea to inject water in the vapor phase. Taken to reduce
excessive heat loss, due to latent heat required to change the water phase from
liquid phase to the vapor phase. In addition, the presence of water vapor
injection, combustion delay is expected to occur. So in the present study,
performed experiments on single-cylinder Otto engine steam injected in the intake
manifold, and see to what extent the effect of water vapor on the performance of
the machine.
The study was conducted with variabel engine rpm, and the rate of water
vapor. Where the rate of water vapor divariabelkan by using valves, and the
characteristics of the visits is the torque, motor power, fuel consumption and
exhaust gas analysis. From the analysis and data processing was found that steam

ANALISA SISTEM EMISI GAS BUANG PADA ENGINE TRAINER SUZUKI CARRY ST 100
Nowadays, the transportation is the best solution was made for people went to a place easily. Especially car mostly used to far location and owner was made comfortable with the jorney. But, most of people didn�t knew about the exhaust gas emissions from the car is dangerous for our healthy. The exhaust gas emissions was made residue of combustion from the car. The contents of exhaust gas emissions is CO, NOx, and HC. Finally, exhaust gas emissions were analyzed and made for the final project report.
This final project report is the result of research about exhaust gas emissions came out from muffler. The type of car used in the research was Suzuki Carry ST 100. The writer is testing exhaust gas emissions used PROTECH FLUX 5000 infrared gas analyzer with speed variety of 1000, 1500, and 2000 rpm.
From the results of testing exhaust gas emissions from PROTECH FLUX printed out on 1000 rpm is CO 0,22 %, CO2 0,585 %, O2 5,42 %, HC 296 ppm. And then, on 1500 rpm is CO 6,86 %, CO2 8,43 %, O2 2,93 %, HC 850 ppm. And the last on 2000 rpm is CO 7,6 %, CO2 9,965 %, O2 3,84 %, HC 841 ppm. From the research, it can be concluded that the engine trainer Suzuki Carry ST 100 was made has good emission and save environment because the results of CO, CO2, O2, and HC is lower than the standardization

little possibility of charging problem to be happened, and the machine that is

Natural drying process which needed to drying the cocoabeans have some
drawback such us: long drying time, need some time reversal process and bad
weather. Therefore, it is needed to design a cocoa bean drier with fuel gas to
improve the drying and quality of cocoa beans. The dryer machine has 3 main
parts: LPG gas combustion chamber, drying chamber which is completed with
shelves dryer and sewer gas and steam beans.
This tool making mechanism consists of the evaluation design, preparation
tools and materials, workmanship tools at machine shop, and performance testing
and maintenance.
Then, the result show of performance test of the dryer show that, for
drying 20 kg of cocoa beans need 21 hours drying time. Drying chamber
temperature is 48
