    This study aims to look at the influence of leadership style, employee motivation, and work environment on employee performance Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The sample in this study were 48 respondents working in the faculty of economics and Business University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The analysis technique used to use validity, reliability testing, regression analysis. The findings menunjukkaan that partially and simultaneously leadership style, employee motivation, and work environment positive and significant effect on employee performance. Of the three variables tested were able to explain the variable performance of employees amounted to 38.1% and the rest is influenced by other variables of 61.9

    Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak dari nilai konsumen dalam perspektif nilai fungsional, nilai emosional, nilai sosial, dan pendekatan identifikasi merek pada loyalitas merek. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive dengan total sampel sebanyak 123 masyarakat yang berlokasi di Indonesia, yang saat ini sedang memiliki iPhone sebagai Smartphone mereka saat ini. Regresi berganda adalah analisis model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi dampak dari nilai fungsional, nilai emosional, nilai sosial, dan identifikasi merek terhadap loyalitas merek. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa masing-masing variabel independen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek. Hasil penelitian ini dibuktikan dengan uji F dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Kata Kunci: Nilai Konsumen, Identifikasi Merek, Loyalitas Merek, iPhone. Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of consumer value in the perspectives of functional value, emotional value, and social value, and brand identification approach on brand loyalty, focusing on the users of Smartphone iPhone by Apple. Additionally, in this research, the used sampling technique was purposive technique with a total of 123 sample of people living in Indonesia who have an iPhone as their current smartphone. Multiple regression and multiple tests were used in this study as the model analysis to identify the impact of functional value, emotional value, social value, and brand identification towards brand loyalty. The results revealed that each of the independent variable has a significant influence on brand loyalty. This outcome is proven by the F test with a value of significance of 0.000.     This study was aimed to investigate in banking industries, the impact of service on customer’s satisfaction. Sservice is as an attempt to serve the needs of others. Service eexcellence is an effort from organizations or company that more than expected, that focus on accuracy, safety, comfort, quality, cost, process, and satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service excellence on customer satisfaction. To collect the data and analyze the research question, Sample of 100 respondents of bank customer in Surakarta based on structured questionnaire and the method of 5 point Likert scale has been used to rate respondents feeling. The finding showed that there is positive and significant impact speed service, leisure service, hospitality service, and truth services on customer satisfaction

    This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing, destination image and accessibility on visiting interest. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, the data used are primary data obtained directly from the respondents. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling, namely the saturated sample. The respondents of this study are the millennial generation who live in Surakarta. The data analysis tool used in this study is SPSS 26. The results of this study have a positive and significant impact on social media marketing interest in visiting.     This study aims to analyze the relationship between brand experience and service quality to customer satisfaction and analyze the relationship between brand dyeing, service quality and customer satisfaction with repurchase intention. Based on the results of this study is expected to be used as a consideration in luring consumers intention to buy back and maintain the brand experience that has been selected by consumers and maintain the quality of service and satisfaction provided by the company to meet customer expectations. Hypothesis testing in this research using multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The population of this study is a student of Faculty of Economics and Business Muhamadiyah University of Surakarta. The sample in this research is 100 students of Faculty of Economics and Business Muhamadiyah University of Surakarta. Based on the results of the study note that the brand experience has a significant effect on customer satisfaction Matahari Department Store, so H1 accepted. Service quality significantly affects customer satisfaction of Matahari Department Store, so H2 is accepted. The brand experience has a significant effect on repurchase intentions on Matahari Department Store customers, so H3 is accepted. Service quality significantly affects the repurchase intention to Matahari Department Store customers, so H4 is accepted. Customer satisfaction significantly affects the repurchase intention to Matahari Department Store customers, so H5 is accepted

    ABSTRACT The purpose of this study to explore the key factors of success of creative effort especially on micro, small, and medium enterprises. The findings of this study are very important in the development of creative business today and in the future. This study used a qualitative approach with case study method. The research data obtained through interviews with five entrepreneurs of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) who opened his business in creative Cangwit Creative Space in Surakarta. Semi-structured interviews conducted at the place of business to ask their business development and the factors that they consider to determine the success of the business. Interviews were recorded, transcribed, and analyzed using the theme (thematic analysis) to obtain the themes and sub-themes that describe the determinants of success of creative effort. The study found that there are four critical success factors of creative SMEs in Surakarta, namely promotion, branding (branding), interest in entrepreneurship and business networks. The results of this study provide a benchmark for similar business that wants to succeed in developing a business. Keywords: case study, creative MSMEs, success factor

    Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price appropriateness, promotion intensity of purchasing decision of Air Mineral Dalam Kemasan (AMDK). The results of this study are expected to be considered by the company in developing the product quality, price competition and promotion effectiveness to make the buying decision. method of collecting data by using kuisoner. This research is a quantitative research. Population used in this research is all consumer of AMDK. The number of samples used in this study as many as 129 respondents, using Non-probability sampling, while sampling technique is purposive sampling, in the data collection by spreading the questionnaire personally and using google form. The analysis used in this research is instrument test, model accuracy test, and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price adjustment, and promotion intensity have positive and significant influence directly to the decision of AMDK.     Pengaruh Pemulihan Layanan (Service Recovery) Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Belanja Online

    The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of service recovery againt customer loyalty on online shop. The population for this study are all sob citizen who did shopping online at least two or three times, with 130 respondendt as samples, decided by convenience random sampling technique. Data collection use quetionair. Analysis Technique applied in this study was Multiple Regression Linear Analysis. The result of the study show that distribution fairness have positive effect and significant againts customer loyalty. Procedural fairness have positive effect and significant againts customer loyalty. Simultanously, distribusi fairness and procedural fairness have significant effect againts customer loyalty with contribution given (R2) as 27,1 % and the rest can be explained by other variables

    This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image, celebrity endorsement, and e-wom on online purchase intentions of skincare Korean and cosmetics. The population in this study were all respondents consisting of all consumers who have or intend to buy skincare Korean and cosmetics whose numbers are unknown and can be said to be in an infinite category, while the sample used in this study is all consumers who have or intend to buy. skincare Korean and cosmetics. This study used a sample of 150 respondents. Sampling in this study was conducted using purposive sampling technique and the data used were primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis with several variables, namely brand image, celebrity endorsement, e-wom, and online purchase intention. The results showed that brand image had a significant positive effect on online purchase intention. celebrity endorsement has a significant positive effect on online purchase intention. E-Wom has a significant positive effect on online purchase intention
