Telephone Operator and Belldriver are two parts which be related and they have important task and role especially in front office department so that to be a tip of spear in a hotel. KAJIAN DAYA TARIK MUSEUM MEMORIAL JENDERAL BESAR H. M SOEHARTO DAN PERSEPSI PENGUNJUNG TERHADAP DAYA TARIK, FASILITAS PENUNJANG, SERTA PELAYANAN MUSEUM

Suharto still become very influential figure on today's society, therefore all about himslef still be a strong attraction for people in Indonesia. To acknowledge the figure of Suharto, Museum Memorial Jenderal H.M Soeharto in Kemusuk was built and increase the number of tourist visits. This research discusses about Museum Memorial Jenderal H.M Soeharto and its effect towards tourist�s interest. In this study, the research methods used a methods of combination or Mixed-Methode. Mixed-methid combined quantitative and qualitative methods in sequence. The quantitative methods used in sampling as the initial determination of the respondent members and then used qualitative methods to describe the findings data. Respondents of this study was the visitor of Museum Memorial Jenderal H.M Soeharto. The important aspect of tourism object is an attraction, accessibility, and amenity (Muljadi, 2012). The results of this study indicate that the visitors come to the Memorial Museum Suharto because they are interested in the figure of Soeharto. The collection in the Museum Memorial Jenderal H.M Soeharto is presented with interesting and different style compared to any other museum, thus providing its own interest and convenience for visitors. Accessibility to the Memorial Museum Suharto is pretty good and reachable from the city center. In addition to the attractions and accessibility, this object is also equipped with facilities and adequate supporting facilities for the needs of visitors. Promotional efforts are required for Museum Memorial Jenderal H.M Soeharto to strengthen public awareness. Additional tourist attraction need to be added so lenght of stay (longer visits) can be increase
