    Character education is the most important thing in building a personal nation. With the education of one's character or human beings will be shown or directed to the good. Thus, good character education is implemented at an early age in the learner. with the planting of character education at an early age can and facilitate the formation of a good person. Pondok pesantren is a character education for 24 hours in a day. in santri pesantren sigh new santri is naive santri and do not understand anything about education system, santri new sighri in general their last education level is elementary school (SD) and when diumurkan that is 12 yearly, and diusia is they discipline and prosecuted for positive minded and required to work together in goodness despite the different tribes among them, as well as reminding his friends in the negative to get away from him, with the example of no fighting or fighting in the cottage on the santri different from learners who are 12 years old or who graduated from elementary school (SD) among them already dating, bad behavior on the teacher or against teachers and so forth. Based on the background of the above problem, the formulation of the proposed problem is how the method of cultivating character education for santri new sighri in modern boarding school Darussalam Gontor 1, the value of any character implanted in santri new sighor, factors that support and inhibit the character education for the new santri sighor. The type of research conducted is field research. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. And in analyzing the data, the authors conducted a qualitative descriptive analysis. Some conclusions from this research include: that the cultivation of character education for santri students in modern boarding school Darussalam Gontor 1 is implemented in every activity in the hut is formed in intra-curricular and esctra-curricular. And the cultivation of this education is done by exemplary method, understanding, habituation, steering, assignment, and evaluating. religious, polite, honest, disciplined, diligent, courageous, cooperative, caring, creative, responsible, nationalistic. 2) This value is reinforced by the value listed in panca soul lodge for the formation of a Muslim person mu'min namely sincerity, simplicity, self-reliance, ukhuwwah Islamiyah and freedom. 3) Supporting factors in character education are cottage leadership, environment, institution such as santri and KMI, scouting coordinator and student organization of modern cottage, facilities and infrastructure, ustad-ustad, wali santri and friends. While the factors that hamper the cultivation of character education in the new santri students are themselves, boarders and infrastructure facilities

    Zaman sekarang ini kekuatan ummat muslim semakin rapuh, banyak terjadi kasus pertikaian dengan sesama muslim sendiri. Studi kasus: terjadi perpecahan di masyarakat antar fans (pendukung) yang fanatik karena berbeda pilihan partai politik. Pasangan 01 (Jokowi-Ma’ruf) dengan pasangan 02 (Prabowo-Sandi). Terjadinya demonstrasi (unjuk rasa) pembubaran kegiatan pengajian yang dilakukan warga MTA (Yayasan Majelis Tafsir Al-Qur’an) oleh masyarakat sekitar dan BANSER (Barisan Ansor Serbaguna Nahdhalatul Ulama’). Penelitian dengan judul “al-Ukhuwwatu al-Islamiyyatu dalam QS. Ali-Imran: (03): 103 Studi Tafsir al-Azhar” merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan tafsir al-Qur’an dan sosiologi kemasyarakatan. Teknik Analisa data dengan metode desktiptif-analisis, menggunakan analisis data dengan menganalisa isi dari Tafsir al-Azhar tentang al-Ukhuwwatu al-Ismiyyatu. Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah (Hamka) adalah seorang sastrawan, ulama’, sekaligus aktifis politik. Beliau menafsirkan al-Qur’an dengan pendekatan Tafsir bi al-Matsur dan sangat disiplin bahasa dan kaya akan nuansa corak sosial kemasyarakatan dalam menafsirkan al-Qur’an. Al-Ukhuwwatu al-Ismiyyatu merupakan hubungan persaudaraan antar sesama muslim dengan muslim lainnya sebagai satu ikatan yang menumbuhkan rasa kasih sayang, kemuliaan, kepedulian, dan rasa saling percaya terhadap saudara se-akidah sesuai dengan nilai ajaran Islam. Al-Ukhuwwatu al-Islamiyyatu dapat tercapai hanya dengan berpegang kepada (tali agama) ajaran Allah, dengan memegang ajaran Allah maka tidak ada lagi kebanggaan antar suku dan kabillah.     The decline of akhlak al-karimah is due to the lack of understanding of Muslims of the Qur'an so that the moral values in the Qur'an are not applied in everyday life properly and correctly. Therefore, to purify the values that are not relevant to the teachings of the Qur'an, the only effort that can be made is to return to the teachings contained therein. Departing from this background, the author intends to discuss moral education in the Qur'an through analyzing the moral verses of surah al-Isra' 23-24. The purpose of the research is to find out the value contained in the verse and then what methods are used to apply to students. The type of research that the author uses is descriptive qualitative with library research method. The data collection method is carried out through the stages of collecting/searching for literature related to the object of research. Then the final step in data analysis, the author uses content analysis by first conducting a review of the verses related to moral education. Then analyze the results of his research with the theory used. The results of this study indicate that the values of moral education contained in surah al-Isra' verses 23-24 include: (a) moral education to Allah SWT, and (b) moral education to parents. And the methods that can be used for students in applying these values, namely: (a) advice method (b) punishment (c) habituation, and (d) exemplary

    Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia serta ketrampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Penerapan kurikulum pada hakikatnya adalah usaha yang dilakukan oleh sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas pendidikan sekolah sehingga dengan demikian akan tercapai tujuan yang diinginkan sekolah yaitu prestasi belajar anak. Prestasi belajar merupakan aspek kecakapan yang dimiliki anak sebagai hasil usaha dan kegiatan yang ditempuh. Untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang maksimal maka pelaksanaa kurikulum juga harus maksimal. Kurikulum merupakan segala pengalaman yang diberikan oleh sekolah kepada seluruh anak didiknya, baik dilakukan didalam sekolah maupun diluar sekolah. Pengalaman anak didik di sekolah dapat diperoleh melalui berbagai kegiatan pendidikan antara lain: mengikuti pelajaran di kelas, praktik, ketrampilan, latihan olahraga dan kesenian dan kegiatan karya wisata atau praktik di laboratorium sekolah. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut penulis merumuskan masalah yaitu bagaimana penerapan kurikulum pendidikan Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Mutiara Insani dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar anak?. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah mendeskripsikan penerapan kurikulum pendidikan Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Mutiara Insani dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar anak. Manfaat penelitian ini meliputi manfaat teoritis yang memberikan kontribusi bagi sekolah dalam memperluas pengetahuan khususnya di bidang kurikulum. Manfaat praktis berguna bagi penerapan kurikulum pendidikan dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar anak khususnya di SDIT Mutiara Insani Gatak Delanggu serta sebagai bahan masukan dalam membuat kebijakan mengembangkan kurikulum di sekolah Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan mengambi lokasil penelitian di SDIT Mutiara Insani Gatak Delanggu sebagai objek penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara meliputi wawancara kepada kepala sekolah, bidang kurikulum dan bidang kesiswaan, obsevasi, dokumentasi, Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara berfikir induktif untuk mengambil kesimpulan yang berangkat dari masalah yang bersifat khusus ke masalah-masalah yang bersifat umum. Adapun pemaparan analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif Pembelajaran yang di gunakan di SDIT Mutiara Insani menggunakan pembelajaran terpadu dan tematik yang sudah berjalan dengan baik sehingga dihasilkan prestasi di mana dalam nilai ulangan semester genap sudah memenuhi syarat kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yang sudah ditentukan serta mampu bersaing dengan sekolah unggulan lainya

    Al-Qurān is a book that is a guide to life and is read throughout the ages. In Muslim society, how they take the meaning of their messages greatly influences the flow of Al-Qurān studies, debates, and controversies in modern times. Among the different interpretations, debates and controversies that have occurred is that in 2018 an ustadz named Evie Effendi said and interpreted that the Prophet Muhammad had previously gone astray and then received guidance from Allah SWT. This expression refers to the word Ḍāllan which means heretical in QS. Al-Ḍuḥa verse 7. This is contrary to the expression which says that all the Prophets were protected from all kinds of sins. Different interpretations are one of the problems for Muslims in understanding the contents of the Qur'an. Therefore, the writer is interested in discussing the interpretation of the word Ḍāllan. The primary data sources for this study are Tafsir Al-Azhar by Buya Hamka and Al-Mishbah by Quraish Shihab, which have an adabi ijtima'i style. This library research uses divine theory and an interpretive approach. The analytical method used by the author is a comparative-analysis method with ta'lili reasoning. The results of this study found that there are three things that are different and two things that are similarities in the interpretations of Al-Azhar and Al-Misbah regarding the meaning of the word Ḍāllan in QS. Al-Ḍuḥa verse 7. In the aspect of difference namely; (1) Language analysis, (2) Interpreting one verse with another verse, (3) How far is the use of reason (ra'y). as for the similarities, namely; (1) Emphasizing the contextual meaning, (2) Belief in the infallibility of the Prophet. Theoretically, this is useful to add to the treasury of research on the Qur'an and contribute to a deeper understanding of this verse

    One of the best stories in the Qur'an is the story of Prophet Yusuf who has valuable wisdom for human life. This story contains character education values, and messages of closeness between Ya'qub and Yusuf when they are communicating. To find out character education and the message of closeness to Ya'qub and Yusuf, researchers used a qualitative approach with library research, by searching for the required data such as commentaries and documents that are in accordance with the object of discussion. The analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method, the researcher uses content analysis techniques in order to be able to describe and answer the formulation of the problem so that it becomes clear. The data collection method uses documentation to explore and compare existing data sources in order to obtain the data needed to solve research problems. The results of this study are character education in Surah Yusuf includes patience, honesty, wisdom, all of this brings closer to belief in Allah (tawhid). Yusuf and Ya'qub's relationship contains verbal communication that occurs in interaction between the two. When the Prophet Yusuf calls his father, it is seen by implicitly expressing the word ya abati which shows the closeness between parents and children in family relationships, and vice versa when Prophet Ya'qub calls his son, ya bunayya which contains love and respect between the child and the father.     Muhammadiyah carries out various methods and approaches in da'wah, in an effort to make Islam rahmatan li al-'alamin, including in carrying out cultural da'wah. Cultural da'wah is used as a method of da'wah with the aim of realizing Islamic teachings in the midst of cultural elements as well as to carry out social changes. This study aims to describe the application of the da'wah method in Surat An-Nahl verse 125 to the cultural da'wah of Muhammadiyah Branch Leaders of Muhammadiyah Kedungbanteng. As well as describing the obstacles in the implementation of cultural da'wah. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach, which is research that describes in detail and in depth about something that is the subject of research. To obtain accurate, relevant and accountable data, thus the data collection method in this study uses three techniques. The methods used are observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that: (1) The application of the da'wah method in Surat An-Nahl verse 125 as a cultural da'wah method carried out by the Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership in spreading Islamic da'wah to the local Muhammadiyah community was quite effective. Indicators that can be seen from the application of the above cultural da'wah methodology are effectiveness in the implementation of cultural da'wah through Mujahideen studies at the Kedungbanteng Muhammadiyah Branch as an effort to convey and spread Islamic religious teachings and also the awareness of the Kedungbanteng Branch Muhammadiyah community in their enthusiasm following the recitation and having a very good da'wah effect. (2) Meanwhile, the obstacles experienced by the Head of the Muhammadiyah Kedungbanteng Branch, especially from within themselves, are the busyness of each management which results in difficulties for the management to equalize time when holding meetings or certain events. While the obstacles of the Mujahideen recitation congregation who do not attend the recitation have their own busy and agendas may also be due to fatigue due to a day of work, resulting in not participating in the recitation

    Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan keterampilan guru PAI dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SMP Negeri 2 Kartasura tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Masalah yang dikaji (1) siapa yang berupaya meningkatkan keterampilan guru PAI dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran? (2) bagaimana bentuk upaya meningkatkan keterampilan guru PAI dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran? (3) bagaimana peran keterampilan guru PAI dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran? Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memaparkan siapa yang berupaya meningkatkan keterampilan guru PAI dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk upaya meningkatkan keterampilan guru PAI dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran, dan untuk mendeskripsikan peran keterampilan guru PAI dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang mengambil latar belakang di SMP Negeri 2 Kartasura. Metode pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode induktif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang berupaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru PAI yaitu guru PAI dan kepala sekolah/sekolah. Ada dua bentuk upayanya, yaitu internal dan eksternal. Internal adalah upaya yang dilakukan oleh pribadi dari guru PAI dalam meningkatkan keterampilannya menggunakan media pembelajaran. Bentuk upayanya dengan mengikuti pelatihan, workshop, seminar ataupun diklat dan sering diterapkan dalam mengoperasionalkan media dan alat ketika berlangsung proses belajar mengajar. Bentuk eksternal adalah upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah/sekolah dalam meningkatkan keterampilan guru PAI dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran. Bentuk upaya yang dilakukan sekolah menyediakan media pembelajaran yang up to date, mendelegasikan guru PAI pada event-event yang terkait dengan upgrade wawasan keterampilan atau skill guru. Keterampilan guru dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran mempunyai peranan sangat penting karena dapat membantu proses pembelajaran. Dengan penggunaan media pembelajara seperti papan tulis, LCD, laptop dan media gambar dalam proses pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan ketepatannya maka tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai secara lebih efektif dan efisien

    The principal purpose of human rights are for encourage human’s innate freedom and authority. Therefore, human rights which basic and fundamental are the key in rising of humans responsibility to taking care of each other. These purposes are in accordance with Islamic concept specifically with tawhid concept, which is the most principal teaching in Islam. On performing research entitled “Konsep Hak Asasi Manusia Telaah Tafsir Al – Munir Karya Wahbah Zuhaili” author aims to study human rights values contained in Tafsir Al – Munir by Wahbah Zuhaili. Wahbah Zuhaili is one of contemporary Islamic scholar with honest and extensive knowledge. Therefore, in order to analyze this exquisite book, author undergo with maudu’i method throughout studying Al – Quran verses thematically, while collecting data from Wahbah Zuhaili’s books as primary reference, and another books which support the usage of Quranic verses related with human rights as secondary reference. Then, to study human rights related Quranic verses, author used an approach to maqasid syari’ah which involve : freedom of religion and belief, right to life, right to marry and reproduce, and right to economical freedom. The result of this research, are known that human rights in Tafsir Al – Munir by Wahbah Zuhaili has value which can be implemented on solving human rights issues nowadays till future, for example: freedom of religion, right to life, right and freedom to justice, dan private freedom

    Makna Wailun Li Al-Muṭaffifīn Dalam Surah Al-Muṭaffifīn (Studi Komparatif Tafsir Ibnu Kaṡīr Dan Al-Miṣbāḥ)

    This study aims to compare how M. Quraiṣ Ṣihab and Ibnu Kaṡīr interpret wailun li al-muṭaffifīn. In their interpretation, of course the two commentators have differences and similarities both in terms of method and interpretation. This research is a type of library research, with a comparative method, namely comparing Ibnu Kaṡīr and M. Quraiṣ Ṣihab in interpreting QS. Al-Muṭaffifīn. In addition, the writer will analyze the differences and similarities between the two commentators. In this study, the data collection technique used by researchers is documentation. By collecting various data in the form of notes, articles, books, journals and other documents related to this research. The collected data is selected into primary and secondary data which then from the results of the classification will be analyzed using descriptive writing techniques and provide conclusions on the results of the analysis regarding the similarities and differences in the interpretations of the two commentators studied. The results of this study indicate that there are similarities and differences between Ibnu Kaṡīr and M. Quraiṣ Ṣihab both in terms of method and interpretation. The difference in interpretation cannot be separated from the scientific background and environment of each interpreter. Ibnu Kaṡīr does not explicitly explain the characteristics of people who cheat in measuring and weighing (al-muṭaffīf). According to him, a cheater is anyone who acts arbitrarily in terms of measures and weights, whether considering rights and obligations or otherwise. But he explained the threats in the afterlife for those who cheat in depth by presenting hadith narrations. Meanwhile, M. Quraiṣ Ṣihab's interpretation of the word Muṭaffifīn is more focused on trade interactions
