    This research has developed an application of decision support system as a tool to assist decision makers in making decisions. This system has capability to select new employees, such as academic staff, administrative staff, technician and driver or security guard. The selection process applied in the system refers to the guidance book for recruiting new employees of Unisbank which has 5 stages. The administrative selection uses eligible method, while the psychological test related to field selection and interview are done by applying Fuzzy Inference System (FIS). The final stage is health test in which the system only accepts test results from anamnesis doctors. The results of administrative selection are the participants who passed administrative completeness. FIS results from psychological selection, related field selection and interviews selection are applicants� rank. These ranks will be used as basis for decision-makers to determine the passing-grade selection. In the health selection stage the system only produces output only when the applicants join the health test. These results are taken as a recommendation to the leader for recruiting applicant

    In the election process of the headmasters at high School/Vocational school are difficult because of the proposal of candidates are not defined well, to decrease those difficulties, it needs the decision support system in chooising the headmasters in High School/Vocational School by using application program which can be operated and can be used to choose the headmaster which is suitable as the qualifications of the headmaster which is needed based on the assessment compotence that will be used by national education departement in Sleman region. The decision in this system is based on the input data, they are compotences of headmasters based on need of the headmaster, besides that the planning system model for processing profile matching and Gap analyzing to choose recommendation for chief of education Departement in choosing the capable headmaster it refers to the goverment rule talking about Headmaster.     Destruction or impairment of kidney causes problems on physical ability and strength in such a way that body activities is distracted, so easily tired and weak. For detecting kidney�s disorder, laboratory test on several internal organs is required. On behalf of medical staff, particularly a doctor, data of the laboratory tests are analyzed to come into conclusions or decisions pertaining to renal patients. As an initial step of determining renal risk, an accurate analysis is required to verify kidney condition Bayes method is a statistical-mathematical approach enabling us to generate a model of uncertainty for an event, meanwhile AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is a method enabling us to solve complicated problems with a hierarchical structure and considerations to produce a relative priority scale so that anyone is able to choose the best alternative based on his/her aims. This research came to conclude that the Bayes method could accelerate decision making in determining the risk of renal disease faced by patients. Probability rate shows the confidence system level against the renal disease. Meanwhile the AHP method enables decision makers in getting the information to determine the level of renal disease risks. Thus, the system can be further employed by the medical staff
