    This study aims to determine the effect of usage, vendor error and online try mediated by trust. Where independent variables consist of usage, vendor error and perception, while the dependent variable is trust and purchase decision online. The population in this study is someone who has and has never made purchases of products online. The sample in this study used as many as 145 respondents, sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this research includes the test of research instrument that is validity and reliability test, test of research model that is normality assumption test, outlier assumption test, structural model test, goodness of fit test. The results showed that variable ease of use affects trust and purchase intention online, vendor reputation variables affect trust, risk perception variables affect trust and does not affect the intention of buying online. There is a belief effect on online buying intentions. And Confidence variables mediate the effect of ease of use, vendor reputation and risk perception on online buying intentions

    This study aims to determine the effect of quality information, service quality, and beliefs on purchasing decisions online on the sale and purchase site tokopedia.com. Where independent variables consist of quality information, service quality, and trust, while the dependent variable is the decision to purchase online. The population in this study is the user (consumer) who had been shopping for products / goods through the sale and purchase site tokopedia.com. The sample in this study used as many as 100 respondents, sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this research includes test instrument research, normality test, classical assumption test that is multicolinearity and heteroskedastisitas, and hypothesis test that is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R²). The results showed that the quality of information has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. Service quality variables have positive and significant influence on online purchasing decision. Trust variables have a significant and negative effect on online purchasing decisions. Simultaneously the quality of information, service quality, and trust have a significant influence on the decision of online purchase contribution given (R²) of 17,4% and the rest explained by other variable outside of this research

    This study aims to identify whether there is an influence of Leadership Style and Locus of Control on employee performance which is conducted in Kusuma Sahid Price Hotel. This is survey design research, that is the research which takes the sample from a population by questioner. The participants were 65 employees of Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel who worked more than 6 months. The method of collecting data is the questioner which is given to the employees. The instruments of this reseach are instument test, classical assumption test, and hypotheis test (Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination (R2). The conclusion of this reseach are: 1) There is significant influence between Leadership Style on employee performance based on the result of T Test namely, t_hitung > t_tabel, that is 2,104 > 1,669 and sugnificant value 0,039 < 0,05. 2) There is significant value betweent Locus of Control on employee performance based on the result of T Test namely, t_hitung > t_tabel, that is 2,449 > 1,669 and sugnificant value 0,017 F_tabel, 10,474 > 3,14 with significant value 5%. The result of calculation for R^2 value is gained 25,3% employee performance which is influenced by Leadership Style and Locus of Control, the rest 74,7% is influenced by other variable which is not examined in this research

Independent variables used in this study are Motivation and work stress, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. This study took the data through a questionnaire on 56 employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Wonogiri Office. Sampling Techniques uses total sampling. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis, F test, R square, and t test. The result of multiple regression analysis shown that motivation has positively influence than work stress has negatively influence.     This study aims to determine the influence of brands and products on buying interest in green products. Where independent variables consist of brand image and brand trust, while the dependent variable is the interest in buying green products. The population in this study is someone who is interested and not interested in making purchases of green products. The sample in this study used as many as 115 respondents, sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this research include test of research instrument, normality test, classical assumption test that is multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test that is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t-test, and coefficient of determination test (R²). The results showed that the brand image variable has positive and significant impact on the buying interest of green products. Brand trust variables also have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in green products. Simultaneously it can be stated that brand image and brand trust variable have significant influence to the interest of buying green product, the contribution given (R²) is 42,2% and the rest is explained by other variable outside of this research

    The contribution of women in economic development is evident from the participation of women in the workforce. Women's participation today is not merely demanding equality of rights but also expressed its function to have meaning for development in Indonesian society. Women's participation concerns the role of tradition and transition. Traditional or domestic roles include the role of women as wives, mothers and householders, community members and human development. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of dual role conflict and work stress on performance perwat woman double role. Research data obtained from 100 female nurse respondents double role in RSUD Hj. Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara. Questions were given by distributing questionnaires distributed through purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic asusmsi test, coefficient of determination test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The result of the research shows that the role conflict multiple positive and significant influence to the performance of female nurse double role and work stress have positive and significant influence to the performance of female nurse in double role. Test f show together variable personality, ability and discipline affect the performance. The coefficient of determination of 67.6% means that employees are able to work variable explained by personality, ability and discipline of work and the remaining 32.4% is explained by other variables outside the study

    The large amount of loans disbursed by a bank will determine the profitability of banks, profitability is the net result of a number of policies and decisions. Profitability ratios measure the company's ability to generate profits. Profitability is a factor that should receive attention is important because in order to establish his life, a company must be in favorable circumstances.This study aims to examine the Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio Profitability (Return On Assets). The research population is Bank Syariah Mandiri. The sampling method using purposive sampling with criteria established that quarterly reports from 2010 to 2014. The number of samples were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.Based on t test showed that the variables NPL significant and negative effect on ROA. LDR variable does not affect the ROA (profitability). Moreover Variable NPL and LDR simultaneous and significant impact on ROA. and two independent variables that affect the ROA of 81.5%. Bank Syariah Mandiri is expected to fix the problem loans and raise capital, as well as to operate effectively and efficiently. Keywords: Non Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Return On Assets

    This study aims to analyze the influence of price quality and brand image partially and simultaneously to the purchase decision. This study took samples from the population of some students of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, for the sample used amounted to 100 respondents and using purposive sampling method. Technique Analysis of data used is multiple linear regression analysis, statistical test t, statistical test F, test coefficient of determination. Based on t test analysis, it can be seen that the price variables and brand image variables have a partial influence on the purchase decision of the sympathy card in UMS students. Based on the F test shows that there is a simultaneous influence between price and brand image on the purchase decision of the sympathy card in UMS students. Based on the value of R2, both price variables (X1), and brand image (X2) have an effect of 35.1%. While the rest equal to 64,9% explained by other variable outside this research
