    Based on data from Bank Indonesia (BI) on the growth of commercial credits and small and medium enterprises (SME) in 2010, it is sufficient to make optimistic. Credit growth increases significantly. Bankers target commercial credits as well as small and medium enterprises (SME) will grow 25% to the end of 2010. From the records of the Central Bank, commercial credits and SME in late 2009 was recorded at Rp502,02 trillion. This amount represents 34.91% of total credits of bank at such rates reaching Rp1.437,93 trillion. While total of commercial credits and SME at the end of this year, will be predicted to reach Rp627,52 trillion. This optimism is captured by the Bank Windu, as one bank that provides commercial credits and SME as an opportunity. But in order to be able to succeed in the competition, a good strategy analysis is required. This research aims to analyze the macro environment and banking industry in the commercial and SME segments, analyze the company's resources and capabilities, identify the key success factors in banking industry in the commercial and SME segments, as well as formulate business strategies of Banking Strategic Business Unit of Bank Windu�s commercial segments as well as small and medium enterprises. Looking at the analysis done, we can conclude that the strategy which can be applied is a growth strategy that can be done by relying on existing strengths and opportunities, and overcoming any weaknesses and threats of Bank Windu. Meanwhile in the short-term, the targets to be achieved in meeting the growth strategy are (1) improvement of infrastructure (organizations, human resources and systems), (2) an increase in business volume, (3) expansion of office network, and (4) fulfillment of GCG (Good Corporate Governance)
