Hotspot Analysis (Getis-Ord Gi *) to find out the location of hotspots for the Covid-19 Case, then Spatiotemporal is made with the aim of whether the hotspot location changes from time to time. Regression Analysis to try to analyze the relationship between the distance between the center of public transportation and the number of confirmed cases of Covid-19. The results of this study indicate that the hotspot of the Covid-19 spread is in the middle of the Surakarta Ex-Residency area and from time to time it is getting smaller and concentrated in the Surakarta City area. The regression results also show a coefficient of determination of 0.278, which means that the effect of the variable distance to transportation facilities on the variable number of positive confirmed Covid-19 is 27.8%. The regression coefficient of -47.318 shows that if the distance to transportation facilities increases by 1%, the positive confirmed value of Covid-19 will increase by -47.318%. In line with the research hypothesis, the closer the distance to transportation means, the higher the positive confirmed cases of Covid-19 and the farther the distance to transportation means, the less the number of confirmed cases of Covid-19
