Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Dalam Membentuk Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Rumah Makan Di Kota Solo
The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of quality product (X1) and service quality (X2) towards consumer satisfaction (Y) in the form of customer loyalty restaurant in town solo. The population in this study are all the people who've used the services of a solo diner and sample in this research that people who are and have used the services of the restaurant in solo. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling by taking the 150 respondents who easily found. The study used regression analysis tiered or path analysis.
This study resulted in several findings that the regression analysis of the first quality of the product has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, the quality of service significantly influence customer satisfaction. Regression analysis of two paths, yielding findings that. product quality has no significant effect on customer loyalty. The service quality significantly influence customer loyalty and customer satisfaction also has no significant effect on customer loyalty
Analisis Pengaruh Service Quality Terhadap Customer Retention
The purpose of this study was to analyze service quality like “tangibles, reliability, ressponsiveness, assurance, empathy” and food quality to customer retention in KFC Solo Square.
The design of this study is survey and a confirmatory study. The population in this study are all consumers KFC Solo Square. The research sample of 100 respondents. The sampling method used non probability sampling with purposive sampling approach that the sampling design in which elements in the population do not have opportunities to be selected into the sample are known. Methods of data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination.
The results showed that service quality has positive effect on customer retention. The higher service quality offered KFC Solo Square increasing effect customer retention. This means that with increased service quality such as cleanliness and neatness of the employees, the products are standardized and reliable, served quickly and precisely to order, able to evoke consumer confidence in purchasing products and result in increased customer retention. Food quality positive effect on customer retention. That is, the higher the quality of food served increasing higher customer retention. This means that the food was more delicious menu, pay attention to nutrition food offered, more fresh food provided, creating the smell of food that is able to arouse consumer tastes, then the presentation of the food is made more attractive
Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap Di Puskesmas Gondang Sragen
Customer satisfaction has become a central concept in the management of business discourse. Quality is a core survival of an institution. This study aims to investigate the influence of a quality service to satisfaction of inpatients in health centers gondang sragen in 2015. This study used a convenience sampling techniques to determine the number of samples obtained 120 respondents. This study was conducted in November 2015. The validity of the test results obtained on tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, acces, communication, security and satisfaction have a valid result with a probability value 0.60, and declared all the items found to be reliable or reliable instrument. On the results of this study indicate the existence of several items the kind of services that affect patient satisfaction in the clinic gondang. Researchers provide advice to management to further improve the quality and service that already exists in the clinic gondang sragen
Pengaruh Pelayanan Dan Pengawasan Kepada Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhanwajibpajak Orang Pribadi (Studi Kasus Pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Salatiga)
This study aims to determine the effect of Service and Supervision to Taxpayers against Taxpayer Compliance. The population in this study are non-active individual taxpayers registered in KPP Pratama Salatiga who use services and supervision Account Representative. Determination technique of sample in this research is by using technique of purposive sampling, with respondent 100 responder taxpayer non active employees registered in KPP Pratama Salatiga. Data collection method used is by using Questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is by using Test Instrument Research, Test of Classical assumption, and Test of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that: Service partially have a positive and significant impact on taxpayer compliance; Partial oversight has a positive and significant impact on taxpayer compliance.

Pengaruh Intrinsic Motivation, JOB Autonomy, dan Affective Commitment Terhadap Turnover Intention (Kasus pada Rumah Sakit Kasih Ibu Surakarta)
There were many researches to identify factors that influenced employees to leave the
organization. We hypothesized that intrinsic motivation, job autonomy, and affective commitment
were variables negatively related to turnover intention. A sample of 135 nurses in Rumah Sakit
Kasih Ibu Surakarta has been involved in this research. Through the multiple linear regression
test, the result shows that the hypotheses of intrinsic motivation and affective commitment are
negatively related to turnover intention were supported, but the hypothese of job autonomy is
negatively related to turnover intention was rejected. This results may have important
implications for Rumah Sakit Kasih Ibu to develop the effective work environment and support
the employees to have more opportunities of developing themselves. Conslusions were examined
considering practical implications for Rumah Sakit Kasih Ibu Surakarta, the employees, and the
need for further researches
Analisis Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Kemampuan Manajemen Terhadap Strategi Pemasaran Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Kecil Manufaktur Di Magetan
The development of small and medium enterprises in Indonesia is growing rapidly but there are still many problems encountered. This problem is suspected because many owners don’t have entrepreneruial orientation, management skills and the right marketing strategies in their business. The owners and managers of small businesses required to more understanding the market conditions and passion of consumers because of high competition in business. This study has intention to determine the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, management skills and marketing strategies to increase business performance. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires on small businesses of manufacturing industry in Magetan. The number of respondents who researched is 96 including the owners or managers of manufacturing small businesses in Magetan. For analyzing and interpreting data using Partial Least Square (PLS). The finding from study indicated that the entrepreneurial orientation and management skills have positive and significant impact on marketing strategy. Entrepreneurial orientation and management skills impact on performance of small businesses when mediated by marketing strategies. Result also reveal that management skills and marketing strategies has directly impact on performance of a small business
ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI TERAPEUTIK PERAWAT TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN DI RAWAT JALAN RSUD KARANGANYAR
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of nurse therapeutic communication to the satisfaction of the patient in Karanganyar Regency Hospital. The steps of nurse therapeutic communication can influence the satisfaction of the out patients in Karanganyar Regency Hospital. The steps of nurse therapeutic communication can influence the satisfaction of the out patients in Karanganyar Regency Hospital. This research uses survey by means of cross sectional approach. The population of this research is the out-patients that are less than 200 in order to avoid the insentive risk. The technique oftaking the sample for this research uses simple random sampling method. For hypothesis test uses double regression analysis. The conclusions of this research are (1) there is an influence of nurse therapeutic communication at the orientation step of the out-patient satisfaction. (2) There is no influence of nurse therapeutic communication to the out-patient satisfaction at the steps of work and termination. (3) the step that is the most influenced in the nurse therapeutic communication of the out-patients satisfaction in Karanganyar Regency Hospital is at the orientation one
