    Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an obligation for every company in the form of a company which is regulated in Article 74 of Law no. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. The company in its operations does not only focus on its goals only to earn profits but also must pay attention to the surrounding community where the company is located, so that the company also has a responsibility to its social environment which is known as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). . In its implementation, the CSR program cannot be separated from supervision both internally and externally, which regarding self-monitoring, there are no general regulations that specifically regulate supervision in the implementation of the company's CSR program. In this research, the method used is normative-juridical empirical method, which in this study not only examines data from the literature but also examines data on events that actually occurred through observation, interviews, and so on. The purpose of this study is to find out about the supervision of the Regional Government and the legal responsibility for implementing CSR programs, especially the waste management and disability care programs carried out by PT. Tirta Investama-Klaten Factory. The method used is analytical descriptive using primary data, namely data obtained directly or field studies and also secondary data, namely data obtained from literature review which is then analyzed with regulations, theories and opinions of relevant experts so that conclusions are obtained regarding supervision in program implementation. Corporate CSR at PT. Tirta Investama-Klaten Factory. The results of this study are related to the supervision of the Klaten local government in implementing PT Tirta Investama's CSR program carried out directly and through reports every 3 months, in practice PT Tirta Investama has been orderly and in accordance with regulations in implementing its CSR program. Besides that, in terms of imposing sanctions on the Klaten area itself, there are no companies that have been given sanctions related to the implementation of the CSR program because the companies in the Klaten area have carried out their obligations in accordance with applicable regulations

    Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) is a work agreement between workers and employers to enter into a work relationship for a certain time. The purpose of this research is to find out the form and content, implementation process, regulations, as well as the rights and obligations between PT. Eight Four Sakti with workers in a Fixed Time Work Agreement. The research method used by the author is empirical normative, namely a type of legal research that requires primary data, namely normative law and its implementation in every particular legal event that occurs in a society. The results of this study can be concluded that this work agreement for a certain time is in accordance with the contents of the Job Creation Law and has fulfilled the legal requirements for work agreements in articles 1313 and 1320 of the Civil Code, Article 52 paragraph 1 and Article 54 paragraph 1 of the Labor Law and Article 1 paragraph 10 of the Consumer Protection Act. The rights and obligations in the agreement have fulfilled the requirements according to the Job Creation Law and are in accordance with Article 1338 of the Civil Code.
