Hubungan Beban Caregiver Dengan Koping Keluarga Pada Keluarga Pasien Ulkus Diabetikum

Diabetic Ulcer patients on average undergo treatment that takes quite a long time, therefore the family has a responsibility in caring for the patient, so that the role of the family is very influential on coping and the burden of caregiving. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the burden of parenting and family coping in the family of diabetic ulcer patients. This study uses a descriptive correlative design with a cross sectional approach with a total sample of 34 respondents and taken by accidental sampling. The instruments used were a demographic data questionnaire, the Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI) questionnaire to measure the care burden experienced by caregivers and the Family Crisis Oriented Personal Evaluation Scales (Fcopes) questionnaire to measure the picture of coping in families in crisis situations and how they cope with challenging situations. The data were analyzed using the Spearman rank test with the results of the study showing that there was no relationship between caregiver burden and family coping in families of diabetic ulcer patients with p-value = 0.834 <0.05 and r value = -0.037. One of the factors that influence the occurrence of stress is the absence of family support. Family support can provide physical and psychological comfort, because with this support it makes the family feel loved, cared for, valued. Family support is a combination of attitude and acceptance that can help mothers in parenting. There are several forms of family support, namely informational support, assessment support, instrumental support, and emotional support. Family support is an effort to prevent maternal stress during the Covid-19 pandemic where family support is a form of interpersonal relationship that protects a person from the effects of stress, family support can also provide clues about the mother's mental, physical and emotional health. Objective To determine the relationship between family support and the stress level of mothers of elementary school children in grades 1 and 6 during the COVID-19 pandemic. The development of information technology that is growing rapidly is able to change the pettern of people’s lives in terms of fulfilling in formation. Ease of accessing the internet and supported by complete media facilities make Cybernet activities increasingly increasing. Every development must always be accompanied by positive and negative impacts, including technological developments. One of the bad influeces that teenagers often experience in cyberspace is Cyberbullying. Several studies have shown the existence of cyberbullying behavior in adolescent, one of which is in high school adolescents. This study aims to determinr the relationship between Emotional Intellegence and Cyberbullying Tendency in Adolencest at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta. This research population was 8th grade student at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta as many as 149 student. Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pemanfaatan Posyandu Lansia di Puskesmas Nguter Kabupaten Sukoharjo

Posyandu for the elderly is an integrated service post for the elderly community, which is driven by the community where they can get health services. Posyandu activities have not shown optimal results, this is reflected in the participation of the elderly in elderly posyandu activities at the Nguter Health Center 53%, indicating that the participation of the elderly in the utilization of health services in the elderly posyandu is still low. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the utilization of the elderly posyandu at the Nguter Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency. The type of research used is quantitative with analytical observational methods using a cross-sectional study design. The research was conducted in the working area of the Nguter Health Center with a population of all elderly people aged more than 60 years as many as 8,769 people and a sample of 99 people were taken with an accidental sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test and logistic regression test. The results of the chi-square test showed that gender (p=0.14), age (p=0.073), an education level (p=1000), occupation (p=0.446), marital status (p=0.578), knowledge (p=0.002), family support (p=<0.001), access (p=0.133), perception of illness (p=0.084). The results of the logistic regression test showed family support with a sig value of 0.020 (sig < 0.05). The closeness value is obtained at 3.983 so the factor that has the most influence on the utilization of the elderly posyandu at the Nguter Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency is family support. The preparation of a thesis is the final stage that determines to achieve a bachelor's degree and, completing the final project for some students is a tough thing, a person can experience psychological stress so that spontaneous body responses arise in line with the high pressure he experiences. When a person experiences psychological stress, a spontaneous body response will arise in line with the height of the pressure he experiences. The occurrence of many problems and pressures in the process of compiling a thesis makes students easily experience stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the picture of the level of stress experienced by nursing students of the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta in compiling a thesis. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The number of samples in this study was 123 respondents with a simple ramdom sampling technique. Data were collected using the DASS-42 questionnaire (stress scale) to identify stress levels. Results of this study showed the results of most respondents were female, aged 22 years and experienced normal levels of stress.
