Pengembangan Antena Bumbung Gelombang Persegi Mode TM untuk Aplikasi RF Energy Harvesting
Dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan terhadap energi salah satu alternatif yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan teknik pemanenan energi (energy harvesting) yaitu pemanfaatan energi bebas yang banyak tersedia di alam seperti gelombang frekuensi radio (RF). Dalam pengaplikasiannya, gelombang RF yang berhamburan di udara dapat ditangkap dengan mengunakan perangkat bumbung gelombang, yang kemudian energi tersebut akan di konversi ke dalam besaran lain. Sinyal yang dihasilkan dari gelombang RF yang ditangkap berupaĂ gelombangĂ AC maka rangkaian penyearah yang terintegrasi dengan antena penerima akan mengubah gelombang tersebut menjadi keluaran tegangan DC. Energy harvesting methods for transmission lines: a comprehensive review
Humanity faces important challenges concerning the optimal use, security, and availability of energy systems, particularly electrical power systems and transmission lines. In this context, data-driven predictive maintenance plans make it possible to increase the safety, stability, reliability, and availability of electrical power systems. In contrast, strategies such as dynamic line rating (DLR) make it possible to optimize the use of power lines. However, these approaches require developing monitoring plans based on acquiring electrical data in real-time using different types of wireless sensors placed in strategic locations. Due to the specific conditions of the transmission lines, e.g., high electric and magnetic fields, this a challenging problem, aggravated by the harsh outdoor environments where power lines are built. Such sensors must also incorporate an energy harvesting (EH) unit that supplies the necessary electronics. Therefore, the EH unit plays a key role, so when designing such electronic systems, care must be taken to select the most suitable EH technology, which is currently evolving rapidly. This work reviews and analyzes the state-of-the-art technology for EH focused on transmission lines, as it is an area with enormous potential for expansion. In addition to recent advances, it also discusses the research needs and challenges that need to be addressed. Despite the importance of this topic, there is still much to investigate, as this area is still in its infancy. Designing Data Spaces
This open access book provides a comprehensive view on data ecosystems and platform economics from methodical and technological foundations up to reports from practical implementations and applications in various industries. To this end, the book is structured in four parts: Part I âFoundations and Contextsâ provides a general overview about building, running, and governing data spaces and an introduction to the IDS and GAIA-X projects. Part II âData Space Technologiesâ subsequently details various implementation aspects of IDS and GAIA-X, including eg data usage control, the usage of blockchain technologies, or semantic data integration and interoperability. Next, Part III describes various âUse Cases and Data Ecosystemsâ from various application areas such as agriculture, healthcare, industry, energy, and mobility. Part IV eventually offers an overview of several âSolutions and Applicationsâ, eg including products and experiences from companies like Google, SAP, Huawei, T-Systems, Innopay and many more. Overall, the book provides professionals in industry with an encompassing overview of the technological and economic aspects of data spaces, based on the International Data Spaces and Gaia-X initiatives. It presents implementations and business cases and gives an outlook to future developments. In doing so, it aims at proliferating the vision of a social data market economy based on data spaces which embrace trust and data sovereignty
