Uso de las TIG para determinar el análisis de riesgo por inundación en el barrio Remolino del municipio de Santa Cruz de Lorica-Córdoba

The present investigation, Its main objective is to analyze the risk of flooding presented by the inhabitants of the Remolino neighborhood located in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Lorica-Córdoba, from the characterization of the population of this area, taking into account their vulnerability to flooding, being able to identify the factors that influence this to occur. The development of this study was carried out using the explanatory method and a mixed approach, in order to publicize the causes of this problem. Through the implementation of variables and indicators, thus determining the level of threat, vulnerability and risk of flooding. In this way, the degree associated with the threat, vulnerability and risk of flooding was established. In this way, the degree of risk associated with these variables was established, which 39.3% corresponds to a low risk level, distributed in the central part of the study area, 39.2% represents a low risk level. medium which is distributed intermediately to the north and south, 19.3% corresponds to a high risk which is located on the borders of the neighborhood to the south, north and east, finally, the level of risk very high corresponds to 2.2% located south of the Remolino neighborhood. Thus, concluding that the aforementioned variables are associated with the proximity of the residences to the tributaries, the state of the housing, the type of material and inadequate land use in the vicinity of the Chimalito channel and the Sinú riverNo aplicaLa presente investigación, tiene como objetivo principal analizar el riesgo por inundación que presentan los habitantes del barrio Remolino ubicado en el municipio de Santa Cruz de Lorica-Córdoba, a partir de la caracterización de la población de esta zona, teniendo en cuenta la vulnerabilidad de estos a inundarse, logrando así identificar los factores que inciden en que ocurra la inundación. El desarrollo de este estudio, se llevó a cabo mediante el método explicativo y un enfoque mixto, con la finalidad de dar a conocer las causas de esta problemática mediante la implementación de variables e indicadores como el estado de la vivienda, emplazamiento cerca a los cuerpos de agua, entre otras, que se desarrollaron en esta investigación determinando así el nivel de amenaza, vulnerabilidad y riesgo de inundación. De este modo, se estableció el grado de riesgo asociado a dichas variables el cual un 39,3% corresponde a un nivel de riesgo bajo, distribuido en la parte céntrica de la zona de estudio, el 39,2 % representa un nivel de riesgo medio el cual se encuentra distribuido de manera intermedia hacia el norte y sur, el 19,3% corresponde a un riesgo alto el cual se localiza en los límites del barrio hacia la parte sur, norte y este, por último el nivel de riesgo muy alto corresponde al 2,2% localizado al sur del barrio Remolino. Concluyendo así que están relacionada a la cercanía de las residencias con los afluentes, el estado de la de vivienda, el tipo de material y el uso inadecuado del suelo en las proximidades del caño de Chimalito y el río Sinú.PregradoGeógrafo(a)Artícul
