Peran Ekonomi Islam dalam Dakwah Nabi Muhammad
Islamic economics is an economic science that is based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet SAW. Islamic economics has been practiced since the Prophet Adam as and grew rapidly at the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, passed on by the companions and then continues to grow in people's lives to this day. Where the Prophet, the practice of Islamic economics began to become a concern since the Prophet collaborated for profit sharing (mudharabah) with investors (shahibul maal) and one of his partners was Siti Khadijah ra. After the Prophet Muhammad SAW was appointed as a Prophet, in the process of his da'wah activities, Islamic economics developed very rapidly, improvements in public capital were mostly carried out, especially in terms of trade and in the government economic system and this showed the important role of Islamic economics in building the economy at that time
Analisis Penerapan Bagi Hasil Dalam Sistem Paro Pada Masyarakat Peternak Sapi di Kabupaten Asahan
Animal husbandry is one of the important sectors that builds the economy of cattle farmers in Asahan
Regency. In addition, it is relatively easy to maintain. However, not all people are able to raise cattle
due to the lack of capital to buy cows and limited time to manage pet cows. This condition has led to
the emergence of a profit-sharing system in Asahan Regency. The purpose of this research is to
analyse the implementation of the profit-sharing system in Asahan Regency. The research method used
is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explain that the profit sharing of the paro system in
Asahan Regency is carried out with the agreement of both parties with the aim of mutual benefit and
in its application is able to help the community's income. The paro system with 50:50 profit sharing is
able to boost people's income in fulfilling their daily needs. Although this system is very beneficial for
both capital owners and cattle farmers, there are often discrepancies in the profit-sharing contract
that lead to misunderstandings. Therefore, it is necessary to improve and supervise the profit sharing
system in Asahan Regency in order to establish good cooperation between capital owners and cattle
farmers

Sharing is caring vs. stealing is wrong: a moral argument for limiting copyright protection
Copyright is at the centre of both popular and academic debate. That emotions are running high is hardly surprising – copyright influences who contributes what to culture, how culture is used, and even the kind of persons we are and come to be. Consequentialist, Lockean, and personality interest accounts are generally advanced in the literature to morally justify copyright law. I argue that these approaches fail to ground extensive authorial rights in intellectual creations and that only a small subset of the rights accorded by copyright law is justified. The pared-down version of copyright that I defend consists of the right to attribution, the right to have one’s non-endorsement of modifications or uses of one’s work explicitly noted, and the right to a share of the profit resulting from the commercial uses of one’s work. I also cursorily explore whether contribution to another person’s work gives rise to moral interests
