Accounting information systems provide information for both internal and external users. Public sectors adopted internal control procedures in accounting systems to ensure accurate and reliabilty of financial report. One of internal. control components is information that is tools for decision making. Nowadays, information technology facilitates internal control procedures. Both information and information technology support sector public activities more easily, more reliable and more accurate. This article provides explanation about how to use information system in public sector with information technology support. Furthermore, the explanation will be focused on planning and developing information ' systems in public sector based on computer system

Using different groups of technological progress as input for sector modeling

This poster aims at describing different groups of technology use within a farm population and at delivering realistic prognoses of their future status as input for sector modeling. This because sector models are in many cases not based on reasonable technological progress estimations or too simplified as normative estimation or seen as mere extrapolation of past evolutions. The classification and utilization of technology groups is done for livestock activities, but illustrated hereafter for the finishing pigs activities. The research is worked out in three phases: • Organizational aspects of tuning information demand and supply; • Identification of technology groups; • Evolution of technology groups. Following techniques are used to identify the technology groups: Stochastic frontier analysis, cluster analysis and others. The Development problem under embodiment

We study technology adoption in an optimal growth model with embodied technical change. The economy consists of the final good sector, the capital sector, and the technology sector whose role is the imitation of exogenous innovations. Labor resources are scarce. They are freely allocated to the technology and final good sectors. The final good is freely allocated to consumption and to the capital sector. We analytically characterize the optimal allocation decisions in the long run. Using a calibrated version of the model, we find that an acceleration in the rate of embodied technical change should not be responded by an immediate and strong adoption effort. Instead, adoption labor should decrease in the short run, and the optimal technological gap is shown to increase either in the short or in the long run. The state of the institutions and policies around the technology sector is key in the design of the optimal adoption timing.Embodiment, Technology adoption, Technological gap, Transition dynamics
