To achieve this objective, literature review is conducted by extend number of literature in ICT, BP, and women entrepreneur. Related studies are review and analyze by using literature table. The finding of this paper reveals a proposed conceptual framework and hypothesis that gain support from literature. The significant of this study is expected to provide guideline for women entrepreneurs in Malaysia and Indonesia who wish to adopt ICT in their business and help them to evaluate the relationship with BP. This study can assist women entrepreneurs in considering the adoption of Electronic commerce (EC) and Mobile commerce (MC) to embark themselves in technology and innovation. Further efforts are to test this conceptual framework and hypothesis by using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to develop a research model

E-Commerce implementation is a crucial process for organization to make it successful and beneficial. As a consequence, intensive research works in the area of e-Commerce implementation from a diverse range of views and findings have been studied by many researchers. However, the aspect of Business-to-Customer (B2C) e-Commerce implementation has yet been undertaken in an understandable manner in the context of a full life cycle of information systems development. This paper provides a systematic literature review of existing research studies on e-Commerce implementation to discover the extent focus of work based on theme in the implementation phases: pre-implementation, during implementation and post implementation. Sixty five (65) selected primary research studies have been analysed on the basis of implementation phase theme, research approach and research area. The results show that majority papers discussed B2C e-Commerce in the pre-implementation phase (49%) and applied quantitative approach (63%) as the most popular research method. Two other implementation phases namely during implementation phase and post implementation phase has not been sufficiently addressed in the existing literature. Furthermore, existing literature have significantly addressed factors related to e-Commerce implementation but were not mapped to the appropriate implementation phases. These factors list remains on surface without clear direction in which e-Commerce implementation process is crucial for organizations. Thus, through a systematic literature review this study suggests that more research is needed for understanding the complex process of e-Commerce implementation in a more holistic manner. In addition, there is a need for study to screen these factors to a particular and more accurately “map” in the process of e-Commerce implementatio

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between external support, internal support and firm performance mediated by organisational capability among SMEs in Malaysia. Organisational capability represent the firms' ability of coordination and deployment of resources. This study intends to identify the link between the support dimensions that which include the government support, financial capital support, ICT support and entrepreneurial orientation support on the business performance which mediated by organisational capability. This study was used stratified random sampling techniques to select the sample. The researcher uses multiple approaches to distribute questionnaires to the selected 384 respondents. A sample size of 296 respondents were collected which then analysed with descriptive analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, simple linear analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis approach. The data analysed by using the 'Statistical Package for Social Sciences' SPSS version 22. Collectively, the results showed that the financial capital support, JCT support and entrepreneurial orientation support presented a positive relationship with business performance by using the multiple regression analysis. However, the finding showed that the government support has negative relationship with business performance. Furthermore, this study applied the Baron and Kenny (1986) hierarchical regression analysis in examining the mediation effect which is organisational capability. The findings showed that the organisational capability is partial mediator of the relationship between government support, financial capital support and business performance but organisational capability become the full mediating role in the relationship between !CT support, entrepreneurial orientation support and business performance. This study tests the mediating role of organisational capabilities between external support, internal support and organizational performance with the help of resource-based view and contingency theory

This research examines the diffusion of ICT and its impact on SME performance with a special focus to the mediating effects of integration and utilisation of ICT. Applying a mixed method research approach, a qualitative field study followed by a quantitative survey, the study revealed that ICT usage didn’t contribute firm performance immediately. However Integration and proper utilisation are important variables which mediate the impact of ICT use on firm performance
