    Pengaruh Aktivitas Berbagi Pengetahuan dan Mediasi Budaya terhadap Kemampuan Inovasi Guru

    Abstract: This study aims to measure the influence of tacit and explicit knowledge on teacher teacher innovation capability in Indonesia mediated by organizational culture. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of teachers in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 231 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are tacit knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating organizational culture. While explicit knowledge sharing only has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability through organizational culture mediation. This novel research is proposing a model to build teacher innovation capability among teachers through tacit & explicit knowledge sharing with organizational culture as mediation. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh tacit dan eksplisit knowledge terhadap kemampuan inovasi guru guru di Indonesia yang dimediasi oleh budaya organisasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara simple random sampling melalui elektronik terhadap populasi guru di Jabodetabek. Hasil kuesioner yang kembali dan valid sebanyak 231 sampel. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tacit knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi guru, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi budaya organisasi. Sedangkan berbagi pengetahuan eksplisit hanya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan inovasi guru melalui mediasi budaya organisasi. Penelitian baru ini mengusulkan suatu model untuk membangun kapabilitas inovasi guru di antara para guru melalui tacit dan eksplisit knowledge sharing dengan budaya organisasi sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi era pendidikan 4.0.

    This study aims to measure the influence of transformational and transactional leadershipon the teacher innovation capability in one of private school in Tangearng mediated by organizational learning. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of the teachers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 199 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership have positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating organizational learning. While tansactional leadership has positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability only through mediating organizational learning. Because, transactional leadership has not significant effect on the teacher innovation capability directly. This novel research is proposing a model to build innovation capability amongteachers through transformational and transactional leadeship with organizational learning as mediation. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the education4.0 er

    Hard Skills atau Soft Skills: Manakah yang lebih penting bagi inovasi guru

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh hard skills dan soft skills terhadap kemampuan inovasi guru di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi (Jabodetabek) yang dimediasi oleh organizational learning. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengambilan sampel acak sederhana melalui elektronik ke populasi guru di Jabodetabek. Hasil kuesioner yang dikembalikan dan valid adalah 676 sampel. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hard skills dan soft skills berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan inovasi guru, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi organizational learning. Penelitian baru ini mengusulkan sebuah model untuk membangun kemampuan inovasi guru di antara para guru di Jabodetabek melalui peningkatan hard skills dan soft skills dengan organizational learning sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi era pendidikan 4.0

    Tacit knowledge sharing to improve teachers’ performance

    In the current industrial revolution 4.0 era, teachers are required to constantly develop themselves and improve their performance. This is because teachers are the frontliners who directly interact with students. Teachers are one of the spearheads in educational institutions that determine student success. Teachers who are of superior quality will certainly give their best performance. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how teachers are able to exploit the knowledge and skills that exist in themselves by optimizing all sources of knowledge around them through knowledge sharing activities among teachers, particularly tacit knowledge sharing so that they can improve their performance.  The methodology used in this research is a systematic approach with the Systematic Literature Review method with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis) model from articles published from 2012 to 2022. Based on the results of these studies, it is learnt that knowledge sharing activities among teachers will encourage individual knowledge improvement and produce new knowledge as a process of exchanging knowledge both implied and explicit from each individual

    Soft skills on entrepreneurial readiness behaviours: Evidence from university students

    Background: There is a growing body of literature on the contribution of hard skills to the enhancement of entrepreneurial behaviour. However, the role of acquiring soft skills in shaping entrepreneurial readiness is yet to be sufficiently comprehended. Aim: This research sought to examine the significance of soft skills in shaping the entrepreneurial readiness behaviour of students at higher education institutions in South Africa. Specifically, the study investigated the effects of soft skills on the selected dimensions of entrepreneurial readiness behaviour namely venture creation, innovative financing and venture growth. Setting: Students from the Central University of Technology (CUT) and the University of the Free State (UFS) participated in this study. Methods: A descriptive, explorative cross-sectional design involving 300 students enrolled for entrepreneurship courses, was adopted. Cluster sampling was employed as the main sampling technique. The average variance extracted (AVE), linear regression and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient were used as indicators of reliability and validity in the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) and Smart PLS software. Results: The results suggest that soft skills exert a positive, and significant, effect on the entrepreneurial readiness behaviour of students. Conclusion: This study provides critical insights into how entrepreneurial readiness behaviour can be explained through fostering soft skills, honing venture creation, innovative financing, venture growth and entrepreneurial activities of students. Contribution: The study contributes to the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) by demonstrating how soft skills create a germane context for the stimulating, exhibiting and actioning specific entrepreneurial behaviours among nascent entrepreneurs in South Africa
