    FORMATION OF TRANSFER FUNCTIONS FOR CONTROL SYSTEMS UNDER IMPLEMENTATION CONDITIONS

    Implementation conditions of a transfer functions by the system with partially given structure are considered. It is supposed, that all coefficients (roots) of the denominator and partial coefficients of the numerators of these transfer functions can be appointed arbitrary, according to the desirable performance of the control system. The design problem of the control system has a mathematical solution and the controller can be implemented.
