A Web-based Architecture For E-gov Application Development

In this paper we present a web-based architecture for e-gov application development. We propose to study and characterize a software development environment of "electronic governance in cities", with emphasis on: legacy system integration, heterogeneous data base integration and development of an integrated webbased environment for the provision of e-gov services.
