Solving data protection issues of personalized educational monitoring in Germany and Austria

Dieser Aufsatz beschäftigt sich mit den Anforderungen einer datenschutzkonformen Bildungsdokumentation im Schulbereich. Dabei wird nicht nur die aktuelle Entwicklung in Deutschland kritisch untersucht, sondern auch ein Vergleich mit dem Nachbarland Österreich gezogen. Diese Analyse zeigt, dass auch unter strengen datenschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben eine schülerevidente Bildungsdokumentation möglich ist, sofern sie denn auch politisch gewollt ist.
