The panorama faced by Colombian children is worrying, one in 5 women and 1 in 13 men declare having suffered sexual abuse and child abuse in childhood, child abuse is the cause of alterations in mental and physical health that last throughout life, and its consequences at the socio professional level can ultimately slow down the economic and social development of a country. It is possible to prevent child abuse before it happens. Effective prevention programs support parents and provide them with positive knowledge and skills to raise their children. Ongoing care helps children and families can reduce the risk of repeat abuse and minimize its consequences. Similarly, sexual and domestic violence grew due to confinement due to the pandemic; many people were physically and verbally assaulted and abused without having any escape. Aggressions against women today are alarming, acid attacks and death threats become daily bread. ANEXOS………………………………………………………………………….…......38Es preocupante el panorama al que se enfrenta la niñez colombiana, una de cada 5 mujeres y 1 de cada 13 hombres declaran haber sufrido abusos sexuales y maltrato infantil en la infancia, el maltrato infantil es causante de alteraciones en la salud mental y física que perduran toda la vida, y sus consecuencias a nivel socio profesional pueden, en última instancia, ralentizar el desarrollo económico y social de un país. Es posible prevenir el maltrato infantil antes de que se produzca. Los programas preventivos eficaces prestan apoyo a los padres y les aportan conocimientos y técnicas positivas para criar a sus hijos. La atención continua ayuda a los niños y a las familias puede reducir el riesgo de repetición del maltrato y minimizar sus consecuencias. De igual forma en la violencia sexual e intrafamiliar se vio un crecimiento debido al confinamiento a causa de la pandemia, muchas personas fueron agredidas tanto física como verbalmente y abusadas sin tener escapatoria alguna. Las agresiones contra las mujeres hoy en día son alarmantes, los ataques con ácido y amenazas de muerte se vuelven el pan de cada día. Es por esto razón que la E.S.E CAMU Santa Teresita requiere del diseño de un programa de educación en manejo de pacientes sospechosos en violencia sexual, maltrato infantil, ataque con ácido dirigido al personal de apoyo, ya que, por medio de este, pueden reconocer las alertas e intervenir de manera inmediata, brindando el apoyo y el respaldo necesario a cada individuo que se esté viendo afectada con estos tipos de violencia y acoso.PregradoAdministrador(a) en SaludPráctica Empresaria
