    The culture of Se’i forms a kind of activity which cares mother during childbirth consisting of diet on food, grilling mother over the fire, and compressing during 40 days. Breast-feeding mother is one of dangerous nutrition group, because when breast-feeding mother is experiencing recovery, menstruation, breast-feeding and fulfilling her body. Besides that, breast-feeding mothers lose much nutrition value either micro or macro such as iron value and calcium which is being produced by the mother’s breasts. Diet on food in a total of number and frequency will have a negative impact of fulfilling nutrition value. The purpose of the research : This research has a purpose of getting a picture of fulfilling nutrition value for childbirth mother in the implementation according to Se’i culture in Timor tribes. Research method : This research is qualitative research with phenomenology with subject of the research is childbirth in Timor tribes. To get a picture on how to fulfill nutrition value for childbirth by doing observation and Food Recall 24 hours. Data analysis uses Miles and Huber man model. The result of the research : Childbirth care which is done during the implementation in the culture of Se’i has a purpose of supporting the recovery process and recovering body style as it used to be before pregnant. The fulfillment of nutrition value in the culture of Se’i does not fulfill the total number of sufficient nutrition value offered. Conclusion : Nutrition value intake of a mother in the culture of Se’i doesn’t fulfill the need, therefore it needs doing an effort to increase the total number of nutrition value which is consumed and consuming other food having same nutrition value when a mother is on diet for some food
