This project was implemented to preserve Tibetan folk culture activities that are rapidly vanishing. We thank individuals and organizations who supported us. We also extend sincere appreciation to the United States Embassy in Beijing for sponsoring the project (the Ambassador's Fund for Cultural Preservation Program). Finally, we hope more people will join in the important task of preserving a record of traditional culture. Introduction. Friend of Rural Community Development is a local NGO registered in China, whose work focuses on improvement of rural education, culture, and environment. All the staff are locals dedicated to achieveing sustainable development for local people. Mr. Lugyal (Li Jia) is a native of Muhong Village, Daowei Tibetan Township, Xunhua Salar Autonomous County, Qinghai Province, China. These cultural materials were collected from Xunhua Tibetan communities from 2008-2010. Disc Number 7: Folk songs. Typical Xunhua Tibetan traditional songs are collected. Locally well-known singers were invited for the Karang Village picnic and Ningba Village picnic to sing. Singers from Daowei, Karang, and Wendu townships. How are film endings shaped by their socio-historical context? Part 2

This article explores the aspect of filmic narratolgy that has been neglected for a long time in cinema and media studies: endings. Richard Neupert's The End - Narration and Closure in the Cinema (1995), a rare work on this topic, is examined, and its theory tested on Picnic at Hanging Rock (Peter Weir, 1975), a film that does not easily fit Neupert's framework. This film has raised controversial views about whether it has an open or a closed ending. STUDI DESKRIPTIF TENTANG PERKEMBANGAN USAHA DODOL GARUT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan usaha Dodol Picnic Garut sebagai perusahaan keluarga jenis Family Business Enterprise (FBE) yang telah bertahan selama 67 tahun. Perkembangan usaha Dodol Picnic Garut ini dilihat dari 3 (tiga) aspek yaitu aspek ekonomi, aspek manajemen, dan aspek budaya organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket, wawancara dan observasi kepada PT. Herlinah Cipta Pratama yang memproduksi Dodol Garut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengolahan data deskriptif dilengkapi dengan tabulasi silang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek ekonomi, permodalan yang dimiliki perusahaan berasal dari modal sendiri dan pinjaman, investasi dilakukan melalui penambahan unit usaha baru, tren tenaga kerja selama 10 tahun terakhir menurun. Namun dari segi volume produksi, pendapatan, dan laba trennya meningkat. Selain itu, aspek manajemen perusahan dikelola oleh keluarga dan perusahaan sangat memperhatikan kompetensi sumber daya manusia didalamnya. Jika dilihat dari aspek budaya organisasi, Dodol Picnic Garut berada pada kategori tinggi.;--- The aim of this research is to describe business development of Dodol Picnic Garut as a family business enterprise that has been survived for 67 years. The business development of Dodol Picnic Garut viewed by 3 (three) aspect: economy aspect, management aspect, and organizational culture. The methods that use in this research is descriptive research method and data was collected through questionnaire, interview, observation to PT. Herlinah Cipta Pratama as a company which produce Dodol Picnic Garut. The result of this research found that from economy aspect, capital of the company sourced from family and loan, investments made through the addition of new business units, the numbers of workers decrease, but volume of production, income and profit increasing from 10 years ago.
