Improving air pollution forecast with ubiquitous mobile sensor network

Abstract—Recently, high spatial resolution is increasingly needed in air pollution forecast by governments and climatol-ogists. However, data from fixed monitoring sites cannot meet these requirements. In this paper, we present a hybrid spatio-temporal model to improve the air quality forecast capacity with fine grid data from ubiquitous mobile sensor network.
