Abstract
The phenomenon of urinary incontinence is an important social problem that affects both men and women regardless of age, ethnic or cultural differences. It is estimated that in Poland suffers from this ailment approx. 5 million people and affects women twice as often than men. Furthermore, it has been shown that the incidence and severity of symptoms increases with age. Most recent reports indicate that over 50% of all cases this stress urinary incontinence (SUI), which with the use of suitable diagnostic and therapeutic methods is reversible and treatable. The cause of stress incontinence is to reduce the voltage perineal muscles, pelvic floor relaxation fascia and connective tissue.
Diagnosis of lower urinary tract should be based on intelligence, analysis of micturition diary, physical examination and urodynamic. In recent years, also they started to be used as diagnostic imaging including ultrasound first and foremost. The cheapest and the safest for the patient using the medical treatment and is to this form of therapy, patients should be classified at the beginning. Surgical treatment should be used when conservative treatment will not bring positive results.

This is due primarily to the deepening of knowledge about the health-promoting aspects for people who practice it regularly. Considerable interest primarily characterized by team games, which due to their accessibility, clearly defined rules, the variety of forms of movement, or finally, the interaction between human are the most popular sport disciplines. In Poland, one of the most popular team sports of football is next to volleyball. From year to year, this form of recreation is more and more supporters.
For many years, extremely important for researchers from around the world was to find the factors that determine the achievement of high results volleyball. This problem is steadily gaining in importance, because modern training methods contribute to maximizing the potential of each player. Many researchers believe that making attempts to find factors that are of potential players is one of the few areas where you can find the reserves to increase results. The aim of this study is to compare intergroup somatic athletes practicing volleyball, playing and trainees in four different teams in Lower Silesia. The study enrolled 54 men aged 12-15 years with a group of four volleyball players representing the same level of sports preparation. The study used data measuring 17 somatic features. The results show that the somatic features of individual players in all four teams are similar and homogeneous.

Motion-controlled video games become increasingly common adjunct to the traditional physical therapy. Such games are usually available, low-cost, fun, and functional ways to increase everyday treatment possibilities, both in hospital, ambulatory and home settings. Research and scientific publications concerning this issue are still rare. Assessment how interactive motion-controlled games can be incorporated into current guidelines of the eclectic approach within neurorehabilitation of adult post-stroke survivors is key issue within contemporary neurorehabilitation of adults. Complementary use of such games may constitute another breakthrough both in in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation and care. This review aims at potential of aforementioned solutions and modalities for the rehabilitation of function in cases of stroke

Abstract
The study, which was conducted at the clinical bases of the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Pediatric Gynecology of the Kharkov National Medical University for 2 years, included 98 adolescent girls with abnormal uterine bleeding during puberty (AUBDP) 11-18 years old.
A comprehensive clinical and laboratory examination included an analysis of complaints and the clinical course of the disease, a study of early history with an assessment of the infectious index, the course of pregnancy and labor in mothers, the degree of physical and sexual development, the characteristic of menstrual function, gynecological status, ovarian function. Also were studied urine and bacteriological seeding from the vagina, coagulogram, hormonal profile and ultrasound. The psychoemotional state of adolescents was studied using techniques adapted to their age.
When treating 30 adolescent girls with AUBDP (I group), we used conservative therapy. Hormonal treatment was carried out according to strict indications of 18 adolescent girls with AUBDP (group II), with the ineffectiveness of symptomatic therapy. 50 patients with AUBDP (group III) received therapy, including medicines that contains indole-3-carbinol tranexamic acid and received physiotherapy.
The established causes of bleeding, identified during the history taking, were stressful situations - 36.7%, increased physical and mental stress - 15.3%, acute and chronic respiratory and viral diseases - 12.2%.
Differential use of the developed complexes of adequate therapy, taking into account the level of anxiety of patients with AUBDP, according to the indications was effective in most patients. The inclusion of physiotherapeutic treatment in therapeutic regimens helped to reduce the medicine load on the developing organism of adolescent girls. In most patients, there was an improvement in the characteristics of psychoemotional status; positive dynamics of the progress of the puberty period, normalization of menstrual function were observed.
From this point of view, the active use of modern clinical diagnostic and new medical complexes using effective treatment schemes for correcting pathological conditions in adolescence is promising.

AbstractIntroductionLumbar spine degeneration is often cause of using the physiotherapy. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation methods in patients with osteoarthritis.Material and methodsThe study was investigate in two groups of patients. In the first group was used physical therapy methods and mobilizations, in the second physical therapy, mobilizations and exercises in water. To evaluate the effectiveness of the procedure were used the Oswestry questionnaire, visual-analog scale, the author's questionnaire and functional tests.ResultsThere has been a reduction of pain in both groups of improvement (p <0.001). Reducing the rate of disability in both groups was about 10 percentage points. Has improved the mobility of the lumbar spine by an average of 1.8 cm in group I and 1.6 cm in group II. Decline in the number of people with neurological symptoms in both groups. There were no significant differences in outcome between the groups except more analgesic therapy effect in group I (p = 0.032).Conclusions Physiotherapy methods are characterized by comparable effectiveness in improving patients with osteoarthritis of the lumbar spine. Disability efficiency and pain are reduced as a result of the applied physical therapy. The results of selected functional tests did not depend on the type of undertaken physiotherapy proceedings. Keywords: physiotherapy, osteoarthritis, lumbar spine.Zawadka Magdalena, Fijewski Adam, Gawda Piotr. Requirements of time management tools for outpatient physiotherapy practice
The effects of electronic appointment booking systems on the time management activities of health professionals have received little attention to date. We report on time management practices in three outpatient physiotherapy departments with different paper and electronic systems. The study has identified a set of time management activities and associated social behaviours common to physiotherapy departments. The convenience, flexibility and expressive nature of paper diary systems is of significant value to users, whilst the clarity and superior database functionality of electronic systems are valued by staff using this medium. The study highlights several potential barriers to the effective deployment of electronic booking systems in physiotherapy departments, including poor resource and training provision, concerns regarding restrictive diary control measures, the continued reliance on burdensome duplication procedures and the need to coordinate multiple information artefacts, which need to be addressed if such technology is to be successfully designed and deployed.
