    Isolation and Identification on Microorganism Decomposers of Palu Local Cow Manure of Central Sulawesi, Indonesia

    Microbial decomposers are living things posessing an important role in outlining materials derived from organic compounds entering the environment as plant nutrients so that they arereusable by the greenery. This study was aimed to isolate and identify types of microbial decomposers from Palu local cow manure of Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. The results showed that in Palu local cow manure there were three types of microbial decomposers namely Lactobacillus sp, Actinomycetessp and Aspergillus sp. In Actinomycetes sp., the colony growth was very slow and firmly attached to the media surface after incubated for 7 days. It showed formation of mycelium spreading on the media surface with a serrated edge. Aspergillus sp.had morphological characteristics formed on media as follows: green-yellowcolonies; like-furtextures; green conidia; radiatconidia arrangement, uniseriat, fialidwhich almostfilled the entiresurface of vesicles; like-ballroundvesicle; coarse, thick-walled, and dark greenconidiophores

    ABSTRAKSI: Most important things on Social Customer Relationship Management field is focusing on managing engagement between industry and customers. The engagement created by industry-customer relationship based on social activity. However, the industry have limitation to interact with every single customer, because high cost and maintenance. Furthermore, they choose other methods to keep the relationship with effective and efficient resources.The customer have social activity, interact each other and tied each other. This social activity creating a graph called social network. The graph consisting nodes as central point and edges as relation between nodes. The social network with customer as nodes and activity as edges will be have same behavioral with graph, have influential nodes or influential people as customer. This study was to propose a method of industry-customer engagement to find influential people in social network based on their relation activities.Influential people identification starts with model design of social network. The model uses Ontology as knowledge representation design. The calculation conducted on the model with centrality measurement. The measurement uses in friendship relationships and activities data.     On grammatical relations as constraints on referent identification

    Based on a Relevance Theory-informed view of language development, this paper argues that grammatical relations are construction-specific conventionalizations (grammaticalizations) of implicatures which arise out of repeated patterns of reference to particular types of referents. Once conventionalized, these structures function to constrain the hearer's identification of referents in discourse. As they are construction-specific, and hence language-specific, there is no category "subject" across languages; different languages will either show this type of grammaticalization or not, and if they do, may show it or not in different constructions. Any cross-linguistic use of terms such as "subject" (and "S", as in "SOV") should then be avoided

    A Short Review on Jet Identification

    Jets can be used to probe the physical properties of the high energy density matter created in collisions at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC). Measurements of strong suppression of inclusive hadron distributions and di-hadron correlations at high pTp_{T} have already provided evidence for partonic energy loss. However, these measurements suffer from well-known geometric biases due to the competition of energy loss and fragmentation. These biases can be avoided if the jets are reconstructed independently of their fragmentation details - quenched or unquenched. In this paper, we discuss modern jet reconstruction algorithms (cone and sequential recombination) and their corresponding background subtraction techniques required by the high multiplicities of heavy ion collisions.
