International audienceMore than half of information used in organizations is stored in documents. Their dematerialization and integration into the information system allows to increase the reactivity, while lowering the cost of data processing. Thus, the multistructurality is a result of the fast growing of electronic documents having multifaceted usages according to several points of view and uses contexts. Hence, the smart, rapid and efficient process of these documents presents a real challenge. To fulfill these needs, we propose to split structures into elementary fragments and to store them in shareable repositories. Thus, information can be seen as a whole or like a piece of global information according to the need of any user. The goal of this paper is to present our approach for the management of multimedia and multistructured documents
