Peringkat kelima yaitu Lembaga Amil Zakat A dengan  sebesar 0.777667. Peringkat keenam yaitu Lembaga Amil Zakat B dengan  sebesar 0.999743. Sehingga, Lembaga Amil Zakat terbaik atau yang direkomendasikan adalah Lembaga Amil Zakat C

Divergence measure of neutrosophic sets and applications

    Get PDF
In this paper, we first propose the concept of divergence measure on neutrosophic sets. We also provide some formulas for the divergence measure for neutrosophic sets. After that, we investigate the properties of proposed neutrosophic divergence measure. Finally, we also apply these formulas in medical problem and the classification problem

Some New Correlation Coefficient Measures Based on Fermatean Fuzzy Sets using Decision Making Approach in Pattern Analysis and Supplier Selection

    Get PDF
Fermatean fuzzy set (FFS) is an effective tool to depict expert reasoning information in the decision‐making process than fuzzy sets (FS), intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFS), and Pythagorean fuzzy sets (PFS). Keeping in mind the importance of correlation coefficient and application in medical diagnosis, decision making and pattern recognition, several studies on correlation coefficient measures have been proposed in the literature. As there does not exist any study concerning correlation coefficient measures for FFS, in this communication, we propose novel entropy-correlation measures for Fermatean fuzzy sets and applied it decision making problems of pattern analysis and multi-criteria decision making for supplier selection. With the help of proposed correlation coefficient, we establish some weighted measures for FFS. Using numerical computations, we determine the efficacy of the suggested measures over other measures. The aim of this study is to propose a novel and efficient methodology for evaluation of supplier’s selection with uncertain information. Finally, we establish the comparative study of our developed measures over the existing correlation coefficient measures. The analysis showed that the suggested methodology is reliable, flexible, and consistent with the existing techniques

Performer selection in Human Reliability analysis: D numbers approach

    Get PDF
Dependence assessment among human errors in human reliability analysis (HRA) is an significant issue. Many previous works discussed the factors influencing the dependence level but failed to discuss how these factors like "similarity of performers" determine the final result. In this paper, the influence of performers on HRA is focused, in addition, a new way of D numbers which is usually used to handle with the multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) problems is introduced as well to determine the optimal performer. Experimental result demonstrates the validity of proposed methods in choosing the best performers with lowest the conditional human error probability (CHEP) under the same circumstance

AN EXTENDED SINGLE-VALUED NEUTROSOPHIC AHP AND MULTIMOORA METHOD TO EVALUATE THE OPTIMAL TRAINING AIRCRAFT FOR FLIGHT TRAINING ORGANIZATIONS

    Get PDF
Aircraft’s training is crucial for a flight training organization (FTO). Therefore, an important decision that these organizations should wisely consider the choice of aircraft to be bought among many alternatives. The criteria for evaluating the optimal training aircraft for FTOs are collected based on the survey approach. Single valued neutrosophic sets (SVNS) have the degree of truth, indeterminacy, and falsity membership functions and, as a special case, neutrosophic sets (NS) deal with inconsistent environments. In this regard, this study has extended a single-valued neutrosophic analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on multi-objective optimization on the basis of ratio analysis plus a full multiplicative form (MULTIMOORA) to rank the training aircraft as the alternatives. Moreover, a sensitivity analysis is performed to demonstrate the stability of the developed method. Finally, a comparison between the results of the developed approach and the existing approaches for validating the developed approach is discussed. This analysis shows that the proposed approach is efficient and with the other methods
