MOBIlearn is a large European research project to develop a mobile learning system to facilitate formal, non formal and informal learning. The project has two primary objectives: • Develop a methodology for creating mobile learning scenarios and producing learning objects to implement them. • Develop the technology to deliver the learning objects to users via mobile computing devices. This paper will concentrate the MOBIlearn health care domain. One of this applications main objectives is managing and sharing of tacit knowledge. Using the system participants discuss case studies and alternative approaches to specific problems are evaluated and documented. This is then used and extended in future case studies. In a mobile learning environment, individual health workers can use the system to either advanced their skills, or in a ‘live’ incident, use it for reference and indeed call for backup.</p

Stress, depression, mental illness are serious problems but the most often overlooked problems. Ironically, the number of mental problems is greater than health services. The purpose of this study is to develop a system consisting of Admin Webpage and Android Application which analyze mental illness with artificial intelligence that can diagnose and carry out therapy for people with mental disorders which has the types of psychoneurosis and psychosomatic disorders. This research used the methodology of Modified Backward Chaining which works backward towards the initial condition of the patient. Moreover, the system used the Expert System as reference data from the expert, in this case, psychologist. Results could be diagnosed via smartphone by a doctor or expert so they could provide faster and easier treatment in accordance with the application of this Psychological PPD (Psychoneurosis and Psychosomatic Disorders). Finally, the application was successfully implemented to give diagnoses and treatments. The system's ability to deal with mental illness was carried out at Raden Mataher General Hospital, Jambi, Indonesia. This study consisted of 21 respondents consisting of 13 men and 8 women. The result showed that the application was tested Usability Testing which had score 4.22 of 5

The purpose of this report is to study on the student nature and how e-learning technology can be implemented in order to improve the productivity of the student especially in time management. The problem arose when wired network connection limit the mobility of the user to access the current e-learning web pages. The disadvantages create a problem to the UTP student because the nature of the student itself where they are always in moved for example like walking to the classes, waiting for meals orders or queue at ATM. The product development focuses on developing prototype of e-learning micro web portal. This technology called MLeaming (mobile learning) application and can be used by student to access any related academic information same as normal portal of e-learning. This micro web portal will assist the student in managing their time more productively and efficiently by providing them a tool that can be used to increase their productivity and learning curve
