Upaya Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Siswa melalui Penerapan Metode Demonstrasi pada Mata Pelajaran IPA

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman konsep siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA materi sifat-sifat cahaya. Peneliti memberikan solusi dengan penerapan metode demonstrasi, suatu metode pembelajaran dengan cara memperagakan barang, kejadian, aturan dan urutan melakukan suatu kegiatan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui penggunaan media pengajaran yang relevan dengan pokok bahasan atau materi yang sedang disajikan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yaitu sebuah model penelitian yang terdiri atas empat tahap yakni perencanaa, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Ada pun desain PTK penelitian ini mengacu pada skema yang dikemukakan oleh Kemmis dan Taggart. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN majalengka Kulon V Kecamatan Majalengka Kabupaten Majalengka tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Jumlah seluruh siswa yang dijadikan subjek dalam penelitian adalah 36 siswa, yang terdiri dari 18 orang siswa perempuan dan 18 orang siswa laki-laki. Adapun Instrumen (alat pengumpul data) yang digunakan adalah butir soal dan lembar observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terungkap adanya peningkatan hasil evaluasi siswa pada siklus I siswa memiliki rata-rata 69,79 sedangkan pada siklus II memiliki rata-rata 80,69 dengan persentase kenaikan dari pra-siklus ke siklus I meningkat sebesar 18,94% sedangkan dari siklus I ke siklus II meningkat sebesar 28,28% dan dari pra-siklus ke siklus II meningkat sebesar 47,22% maka dari itu dengan meggunakan metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada pembelajaran IPA materi sifat-sifat cahaya di kelas V SDN Majalengka Kulon V Kecamatan Majalengka Kabupaten Majalengka Tahun Ajaran 2017/201

Penggunaan Metode Demonstrasi untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas Siswa dalam Pembelajaran IPA Kelas II SD 03 Karimunting

The use of Method Demonstration Activities To Enhance Studen Learning Science in class II SD 03 Karimunting. This study aimed to gain clarity on the use of demonstration to enhance science learning activities in class II SD 03 Karimunting. The research method used is descriptive method, the form of classroom action research. Based on statistical calculations using descriptive method by teachers increased yield of 61.54% in cycle 1 to cycle 2 at 92.30%. an increase in the student activity class result of 32.52% in cycle 1 to 71.23% in cycle 2. Penggunaan Metode Demonstrasi Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas X IPA di SMA Negeri 1 Stabat

The low motivation of students to learn resulted in low KKM scores achieved. Field facts show that many students have not achieved the set KKM scores. Therefore, the use of demonstration methods is considered as a solution to increase student learning motivation, especially in mathematics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Stabat.This study uses classroom action research methods. The observation results showed an increase from cycle I to cycle II, reaching the high category between 65% to 84%. In cycle I, student motivation was 65.52%, increasing to 86.25% in cycle II, in a very high score range. There was an increase in student learning motivation by 20.73% from cycle I to cycle II.In conclusion, the application of demonstration methods is effective in increasing student learning motivation, both individually and classically. This is evident from the increase in the percentage of student learning motivation from 65.52% (cycle I) to 86.25% (cycle II), which is in the very high score range. Thus, it can be concluded that the demonstration method is effective in increasing students' motivation to learn mathematics

Penggunaan Metode Demonstrasi untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Matematika Kelas II Sdn

Abtract : The purpose of this study was : 1. To determine student learning outcomes before using demonstration method , 2. To determine student learning outcomes after using the demonstration method, 3. To determine the increase in activity and student learning outcomes before and sesdah used method demonstration. This study used a qualitative research design implementation class action. Plan of the study include : Planning, Implementation Actions, Observations and Reflections consisting of two cycles Efforts Improve Student Results About Multiplication In Class II Plus SDN 07 Nanga District of leatherback Melawi. The results of the research cycle I gained an average of 33.33 % a written test, and 48.88 % in the second cycle, experienced a 15.55 % increase in learning outcomes. UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR IPA MELALUI METODE DEMONSTRASI PADA SISWA KELAS V SD BOGO WIJIREJO PANDAK BANTUL TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam melalui metode demonstrasi pada siswa kelas V di SD Bogo Wijirejo Pandak Bantul Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Bogo Wijirejo Pandak Bantul pada tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Bogo Wijirejo Pandak Bantul yang berjumlah 25 siswa dengan siswa laki-laki sebanyak 16 siswa dan perempuan sebanyak 9 siswa. Obyek penelitian ini adalah metode demonstrasi. Langkah-langkah PTK meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) penggunaan motode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPA siswa. Nilai rata-rata pada kelas V SD Bogo Wijirejo Pandak Bantul pada Pra Siklus sebesar 70,88 dengan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 48% setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan metode demonstrasi meningkat pada siklus I nilai rata-rata menjadi 74,08 dengan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 54,17%. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata menjadi 85,2 dengan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 88%. (2) adanya peningkatan pada siswa dan proses keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil observasi kegiatan siswa siklus I pertemuan pertama sebesar 50% dan pertemuan kedua 57,14% sedangkan pada siklus II pertemuan pertama 71,43% dan pertemuan kedua 85,71%. Hasil proses keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus I pertemuan pertama sebesar 71,4% dan pertemuan kedua sebesar 73,33% sedangkan pada siklus II pertemuan pertama sebesar 80% dan pertemuan kedua sebesar 93,33%. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPA pada siswa kelas V SD Bogo Wijirejo Pandak Bantul

Improving Students Understanding About the Value of Place Through Demonstration Method of Second Grade Students in SD Negeri 28 Pasar Gompong Kecamatan Lengayang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan

Education is a way of establishing human ability to use their rational / thoughtfulness as an answer in dealing with various problems that arise in the future. One of the goals of education is to improve the quality of human resources. With good education we will easily follow the development of the times in the future. The research objective of this studywas to determine whether the use of methods of demonstration can improve understanding of place value in the second grade students of SD Negeri 28 Gompong Market Lengayang District of South Coastal District. The purpose of this learning improvement research was to determine whether the use of methods of demonstration can improve understanding of place value in the second grade students of SD Negeri 28 Gompong Market Lengayang District of South Coastal District. This study on peningkata n understanding of the value of using the demonstration carried out through several tahapan.Tahapan in question is planning,observation, and reflection. Results from this study is appears 18 students have been able to understand the material value of the place through the method of demonstration and almost all of the students has increased very significantly from cycle 1 to cycle 2. It is proved that the use of highly precise method of demonstration to enhance students\u27 skills in particular about place value.
