De manera que se reconozca la importancia ecológica, cultural, social y económica de construir con este material. A su vez como se ha mantenido durante el tiempo su uso en el campo de la construcción y la arquitectura, teniendo en cuenta que ha sido adoptada para varias funciones en un mismo objeto arquitectónico en este caso la vivienda. Se enfatiza en una relación del material, sus características y la sostenibilidad, es decir como este responde y cumple con los requisitos para garantizar una vida sostenible y que del cual no solo quede como una práctica en los primeros años de nuestro país y cuando en él se empezaba a hacer arquitectura, es decir lo que se conoce como patrimonio, si no también se siga trabajando con este material.
