    Order p^6 chiral couplings from the scalar K Pi form factor

    Employing results from a recent determination of the scalar KPi form factor F_0^KPi within a coupled channel dispersion relation analysis \cite{JOP01}, in this work we calculate the slope and curvature of F_0^KPi(t) at zero momentum transfer. Knowledge of the slope and curvature of the scalar KPi form factor, together with a recently calculated expression for F_0^KPi(t) in chiral perturbation theory at order p^6, enable to estimate the O(p^6) chiral constants C_12^r=(0.3 +- 5.4)10^-7 and (C_12^r+C_34^r)=(3.2 +- 1.5)10^-6. Our findings also allow to estimate the contribution coming from the C_i to the vector form factor F_+^KPi(0) which is crucial for a precise determination of |V_us| from K_l3 decays. Our result F_+^KPi(0)|_C_i^r=-0.018 +- 0.009, though inflicted with large uncertainties, is in perfect agreement with a previous estimate by Leutwyler and Roos already made twenty years ago.Comment: 19 pages, discussion of scale dependence of the chiral couplings added; version to appear in JHE

    BES II data for J/Psi->K*(890)Kpi reveal a strong kappa peak in the Kpi S-wave near threshold. Both magnitude and phase are determined in slices of Kpi mass by interferences with strong Ko(1430), K1(1270) and K1(1400) signals. The phase variation with mass agrees within errors with LASS data for Kpi elastic scattering. A combined fit is presented to both BES and LASS data. The fit uses a Breit-Wigner amplitude with an s-dependent width containing an Adler zero. The kappa pole is at 760+-20(stat)+-40(syst) - i(420+-45+-60syst) MeV. The S-wave I=0 scattering length a_0 = 0.23+-0.04 (in units of m(pi)) is close to the prediction 0.19+-0.02 of Chiral Perturbation Theory.Comment: 20 pages, 5 figure

    Implementation of good governance of bureaucracy system of Surabaya City Government, one of them with developed performance-based salary program ( e-performance ) dedicated specially to Civil Servant. But in reality agencies in Surabaya do not have the full use of civil servants as their human resources, thus involving contractors as supporters of government performance processes. The purpose of this study is to determine key performance indicators(KPI) and strategic objectives in XYZ Institution, determine the importance of each KPI criterion, to understand the performance of each contractor at XYZ Government Agency and provide improvement recommendations from the current employee performance. The unit of analysis of this research is carried out at the General Section in the Sub Division of Administration with the administrative position as the administrative contractor. The design of this study used a survey with questionnaire data collection techniques and questionnaires. The method used is personal balanced scorecard by formulating strategic targets and KPI by stakeholders from XYZ Agency. Weighting method using Analytic Network Process method(ANP). From the research results obtained: the formulation of KPI and Strategy Target has been formed with the highest level of KPI weight is KPI Total Late (0.1532). Total performance of the best contractor performance is Mr. C (6.253) while the smallest total performance achievement is obtained Mr. K ie (3.346). Recommendations include: Provide rewards, provide coaching, conduct regular control and evaluation systems, provide socialization and provide slogans in the corner of the room on performance improvement

    Whitham modulation theory for the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation

    The genus-1 KP-Whitham system is derived for both variants of the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (KP) equation (namely, the KPI and KPII equations). The basic properties of the KP-Whitham system, including symmetries, exact reductions, and its possible complete integrability, together with the appropriate generalization of the one-dimensional Riemann problem for the Korteweg-deVries equation are discussed. Finally, the KP-Whitham system is used to study the linear stability properties of the genus-1 solutions of the KPI and KPII equations; it is shown that all genus-1 solutions of KPI are linearly unstable while all genus-1 solutions of KPII {are linearly stable within the context of Whitham theory.Comment: Significantly revised versio

    Multivariate KPI for energy management of cooling system in food industry

    Within EU, the food industry is currently ranked among the energy-intensive sectors, mainly as a consequence of the cooling system shareover the total energy demand. As such, the definition of appropriate key performance indicators (KPI) for ammonia chillers can play a strategic role for the efficient monitoring of the energy performance of the cooling systems. The goal of this paper is to develop an appropriate management approach, to account for energy inefficiency of the single compressors, and to identify the specific variables driving the performance outliers. To this end, a new KPI is proposed which correlates the energy consumption and the different process variables. The construction of the new indicator was carried out by means of multivariate statistical analysis, in particular using Kernel Partial Least Square (KPLS).This method is able to evaluate the maximum correlation between dataset and energy consumption employing nonlinear regression techniques. The validity of the new KPI is discussed on a case study relevant to the cooling system of a frozen ready meals industry. The assessment of the proposed metric is one against Specific Energy Consumption (SEC) like indicator, typically used in the context of the Energy Management Systems

Dengan mengunakan metode Performance Pirsm dalam pengukuran kinerja pada PT Karung Emas sistem pengukuran kinerja menjadi terintergrasi dan komprehensif dimana dalam penentuan Key Performance indicator pada PT Karung Emas ini mengidentifikasi 5 sisi Performance Prism yaitu stakeholder kebutuhan, stakehoder konribusi, strategi, proses dan kapabilitas.Hasil peneitian menunjukan terdapat 24 KPI untuk kinerja kebutuhan stakeholder, 24 KPI kontribusi stakeholder, 15 KPI kinerja strategi, 15 KPI kinerja proses, 15 KPI kinerja kapabilitas. Terdapat lima KPI yang harus dilakukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja Perusahaan yaitu KPI kebutahan stakeholder dari konsumen, KPI kontribusi stakeholder dari investor , KPI strategi dari masayarakat, KPI proses dari konsumen dan KPI kapibiitas dari konsumen
