La Teorí­a de Juegos en la Administración Estratégica Empresarial

Este artí­culo proporciona una revisión de literatura de la historia de la teorí­a de juegos y sus pronósticos, así­ como también modelos mentales y emociones estratégicas aplicadas en las instituciones económicas y la sociedad en general. El hilo común en este trabajo es referirse a las teorí­as en la administración estratégica empresarial basada en la teorí­a de juegos para de esta manera tener una comprensión profunda de la aplicabilidad de estas teorí­as en los mercados competitivos

Ekonomik kriz dönemlerinde aile bireylerinde kararların optimize edilmesi ve krizi atlatmada doğru dengenin oyun teorisi açısından sağlanması : 2015 Azerbaycan kriz dönemi örneği

06.03.2018 tarihli ve 30352 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayımlanan “Yükseköğretim Kanunu İle Bazı Kanun Ve Kanun Hükmünde Kararnamelerde Değişiklik Yapılması Hakkında Kanun” ile 18.06.2018 tarihli “Lisansüstü Tezlerin Elektronik Ortamda Toplanması, Düzenlenmesi ve Erişime Açılmasına İlişkin Yönerge” gereğince tam metin erişime açılmıştır.Günümüzde ekonomi, hukuk, politika, uluslararası ilişkiler, yapay zeka, biyoloji ve bir çok farklı alanlarda kullanılan oyun teorisi yapılan bu çalışmada ekonomik kriz dönemlerinde krizi atlatmak ve ailelerde stratejik karar vermede doğru dengenin bulunması için kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada dünyada genel olarak yaşanan ekonomik krizler ve onların yaranma nedenlerine, sonuçlarına değinilmiş, 2015 yılı Azerbaycan'da yaşanan ekonomik krizin yaranma nedenleri ve kriz sonrası bu durumun aile bireyleri üzerindeki mali ve manevi etkisi, krizler zamanı bu durumun az hasar görerek atlatılması konusunda ailelerin ürettikleri optimal fikir stratejileri oyun teorisi çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Aynı zamanda oyun teorisi kavramının tanımı yapılarak, oyun teorisinin tarihsel gelişimine, özellikleri ve çeşitlerine değinilmiş, bu konuda farklı teorik yaklaşımlar ele alınmışdır. Teorinin ekonomi, iktisat, finans, bioloji, hukuk, politika, uluslararası ilişkiler ve diğer alanlarda kullanılması ve bu alanlara yeni bir nefes getirdiği vurgulanmıştır. Geniş kapsamlı uygulama alanlarından söz edilirken çeşitli oyun modelleri incelenmiştir. "Nash dengesi"nin tarihte ortaya çıkışı, tanımı, kullanıldığı alanlar incelenmiş, oyun teorisi modellerinden bir diğeri olan "Mahkum İkilemi" modeli ele alınarak bu konuda yapılan araştırmalardan söz edilmişdir. Yapılan anket çalışmasıyla 250 kadın ve 250 erkek tesadüfü örnekleme yoluyla seçilerek sorulara verilen yanıtlar ilk önce SPSS 24 bilgisayar programında sayısallaştırılarak Frekans ve Tanımlayıcı İstatistikler analizleri yapılmıştır. Sonraki aşamada ise oyun kuramında denge matrisi için Bulanık Bilişsel Haritalama yöntemi ile merkeziyet değeri hesaplanarak, optimal fayda ve karar bulunmuştur.Game Theory, which is used today in the fields of economy, law, politics, international relations, artificial intelligence, biology and many different areas has been used in this study to find a balance between strategic decision making in families in order to survive the crisis in times of economic crisis. In the study are touched the economic crises in the world and the causes of their creation and their consequences, the economic crisis in Azerbaijan in 2015 and the moral impressions of the crisis on family members after the crisis were examined within the framework of game theory, the optimal idea strategies produced by the families in the crisis period to overcome this situation with little damage. At the same time, the concept of game theory is defined and historical development, characteristics and types of game theory are discussed and different theoretical approaches are discussed. It is emphasized that the theory is used in economics, finance, biology, law, politics, international relations and other fields and brings a new breath to these fields. Various game models have been examined while discussing a wide range of applications. The emergence of the Nash equilibrium in history, its definition, the fields it is used in are examined and another one of the game theory models, "Prisoner Dilemma" model is discussed and the researches on this subject are mentioned. 250 female and 250 male random samples were selected by means of the questionnaire survey and the answers given to the questions were digitized in the SPSS 24 computer program and Frequency and Descriptive Statistics analyzes were performed. In the next stage, the centrality value was calculated by using the Fuzzy Cognitive Mapping method for the balanced matrix in the game theory and the optimal benefit and decision were found

Conflicting Attitudes in Environmental Management and Brownfield Redevelopment

An enhanced attitudes methodology within the framework of the Graph Model for Conflict Resolution (GMCR) is developed and applied to a range of environmental disputes, including a sustainable development conflict, an international climate change negotiation and a selection of brownfield conflicts over a proposed transfer of ownership. GMCR and the attitudes framework are first defined and then applied to a possible Sino-American climate negotiation over reductions in greenhouse gas emissions. A formal relationship between the attitudes framework and relative preferences is defined and associated mathematical theorems, which relate the moves and solution concepts used in both types of analysis, are proven. Significant extensions of the attitudes methodology are devised in the thesis. The first, dominating attitudes is a methodology by which the importance of a decision maker’s (DM’s) attitudes can be used to evaluate the strength of a given state stability. The second, COalitions and ATtitudes (COAT), is an expansion of both the attitudes and coalitions frameworks which allows one to analyze the impact of attitudes within a collaborative decision making setting. Finally, the matrix form of attitudes, is a mathematical methodology which allows complicated solution concepts to be executed using matrix operations and thus make attitudes more adaptable to a coding environment. When applied to environmental management conflicts, these innovative expansions of the attitudes framework illustrate the importance of cooperation and diplomacy in environmental conflict resolution
