ICDAR2015 Competition on Text Image Super-Resolution

International audienceThis paper presents the first international competitionon Text Image Super-Resolution (SR) and the ICDAR2015-TextSR dataset. We describe the core of the competition: interest,dataset generation and evaluation procedure, together withparticipating teams and their respective methods. The obtainedresults, along with baseline image upscaling schemes and stateof-the-art SR approaches are reported and commented. Insightson the use of this database are given in the end of the article
