Automatización de una unidad de bombeo de 600HP y diseño de un controlador entrenado con sistemas de inferencia difusa basado en redes adaptativas.
El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo la implementación de la automatización de una unidad de
bombeo de 600HP para derivados de petróleo y el diseño de un controlador entrenado con un
sistema de inferencia difusa basado en redes adaptativas – ANFIS; el desarrollo, se centró en dos
fases; la primera, la etapa de implementación de la automatización, donde se desarrolló P&ID, la
selección de equipos en cada nivel del modelo CIM, la programación de los autómatas y el interfaz
hombre maquina (HMI) con Wonderware System Platform, tomando como referencia el ciclo de
vida ANSI/ISA-101.01,2015. Por su parte, la fase de diseño del controlador ANFIS mostró la
metodología de diseño, iniciando con la captura de datos mediante LabView-MyRio; con esta
información, se elaboró un modelo a través redes neuronales No-lineal auto-regresivas con
entradas exógenas y por último el diseño del sistema de inferencia difusa basado en redes
adaptativas sustentado en la clonación de controladores PI y estructurados en un control override
a fin de mantener la unidad de bomba dentro de las presiones entrada-salida óptimos evitando el
fenómeno “Slug-Flow” en el punto más alto del perfil altimétrico. Para probar la hipótesis se
simuló la estructura override-neurodifusa considerando siempre el control por presión de descarga
de la bomba; sin embargo, a la presencia de errores del setpoint por descarga toma el control por
presión de succión; adicionalmente, fue capaz de soportar disturbios a la salida de la bomba de
hasta -30psig considerando alguna falla en la instrumentación o algún fenómeno hidráulico que
lo produzca, más allá de este valor se puede avistar como una rotura real en la trayectoria del
ducto y por lo tanto se pierde el control. Finalmente se recomienda una investigación para el
diseño de controladores neurodifusos tomando como referencia los puntos críticos del ducto a fin
de mitigar sus fenómenos perjudiciales.The present work had as objective the implementation of the automation of a 600HP pumping

hypothesis, the override neuro-fuzzy structure was always simulated considering the control by
outlet pressure of the pump; nevertheless, when there were errors in pump outlet pressure setpoint
takes the control by pump inlet pressure; in addiction to that, was able to soften the disturbance
on the pump outlet up to -30psig considering them with a little instrumentation fault or hydraulic
phenomenon, a greater reduction of pressure could be considered as a real ruptured pipeline;
therefore the automatic control was lost . Finally, an investigation is recommended for the design
of neuro-fuzzy controllers, taking as reference the critical points of the pipeline in order to
mitigate their harmful phenomena
