DIFICULDADES DE USUÁRIOS CEGOS NA INTERAÇÃO COM A WEB: UMA ANÁLISE SOBRE AS PESQUISAS

Web Accessibility aims to allow anyone to understand and interact with content from a Web page, regardless of disabilities or other factors that may restrict access. Studies show that, despite a large amount of work done in the area, people with complete visual impairment (blind) still have difficulty to interact with the Web. In this context, it is necessary to identify the key aspects that influence the difficulties of the blind users to interact and understand the services and information available on Web. From the identification of the actual difficulties reported by the blind, it is possible that solutions are formulated and defined measures to be taken to minimize these difficulties. This article presents an overview of the work and research in the literature, and identifies  the difficulties of the blind in interaction with Web pages.  Therefore, a systematic review was performed for this purpose. Additionally, the data gathered from the literature in order to provide a set of classes of the identified problems are analyzed. The results of the review show that many of the problems faced by blind people are not even addressed by the main references to authors and Web developers to make their Web pages accessible.Acessibilidade na Web tem como objetivo possibilitar que qualquer pessoa possa entender e interagir com o conteúdo de uma página Web, independente de deficiências ou outros fatores que possam restringir o acesso. Estudos mostram que, apesar de uma grande quantidade de trabalhos realizados na área, as pessoas com deficiência visual total (cegos) ainda apresentam grande dificuldade para interagir com a Web. Diante desse contexto, torna-se necessário identificar os principais aspectos que influenciam na dificuldade dos usuários cegos durante a sua interação e compreensão dos serviços e informações disponibilizados nos aplicativos Web. A partir da identificação das reais dificuldades reportadas pelos cegos, é possível que sejam formuladas soluções e definidas medidas a serem tomadas para minimizar estas dificuldades. Este artigo apresenta uma visão geral dos trabalhos e pesquisas encontrados na literatura, que mencionam dificuldades dos cegos na interação com aplicativos Web. Para tanto, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática com este objetivo. Além disso, são analisados os trabalhos obtidos da literatura de maneira a oferecer um conjunto de classes das dificuldades identificadas. Os resultados da revisão mostram que diversos dos problemas enfrentados pelas pessoas cegas sequer são abordados pelas principais referências para que autores e desenvolvedores Web tornem suas aplicações Web acessíveis
