A GRP-basedHesitant Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision MakingMethod and Its Application to E-Commerce Risk Assessment
With respect to multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems in which the attribute values take the form of hesitant fuzzy elements, the traditional grey relational projection (GRP) method is extended to solve multiple attribute decision making problems under hesitant fuzzy environment. Based on the hesitant fuzzy decision matrix provided by decision makers, all feasible alternatives are ranked according to the descending order of relative grey relational projections, and the most desirable alternative(s) should have the largest grey relational projection on positive ideal solution and the smallest grey relational projection on negative ideal solution. Finally, a numerical example of e-commerce risk assessment is given to illustrate the application of the proposed method
Algorithms for probabilistic uncertain linguistic multiple attribute group decision making based on the GRA and CRITIC method: application to location planning of electric vehicle charging stations
Electric vehicles (EVs) could be regarded as one of the most
innovative and high technologies all over the world to cope with
the fossil fuel energy resource crisis and environmental pollution
issues. As the initiatory task of EV charging station (EVCS) construction,
site selection play an important part throughout the
whole life cycle, which is deemed to be multiple attribute group
decision making (MAGDM) problem involving many experts and
many conflicting attributes. In this paper, a grey relational analysis
(GRA) method is investigated to tackle the probabilistic uncertain
linguistic MAGDM in which the attribute weights are completely
unknown information. Firstly, the definition of the expected value
is then employed to objectively derive the attribute weights
based on the CRiteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation
(CRITIC) method. Then, the optimal alternative is chosen by calculating
largest relative relational degree from the probabilistic
uncertain linguistic positive ideal solution (PULPIS) which considers
both the largest grey relational coefficient from the PULPIS and the
smallest grey relational coefficient from the probabilistic uncertain
linguistic negative ideal solution (PULNIS). Finally, a numerical
case for site selection of electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS) is
designed to illustrate the proposed method. The result shows the
approach is simple, effective and easy to calculate
Weight Analysis for Multiattribute Group Decision-Making with Interval Grey Numbers Based on Decision-Makers’ Psychological Criteria
open access articleTo address the problem of multiattribute group decision-making with interval grey numbers, decision matrices are adjusted using kernels of interval grey numbers to reduce the psychological effects of decision-makers. The comprehensive weights of attributes are obtained by aggregating the subjective weights with objective weights, which are calculated based on the accuracy and difference of attributes. Considering the consistent, best, and worst decision-making abilities of decision-makers, grey incidence models are established to obtain the consistency weights and individual bipolar weights of decision-makers; then, the comprehensive weights of decision-makers are determined. A clustering approach of interval grey numbers is presented, and overall evaluations are obtained. Finally, an example is provided and its validity is tested to verify the feasibility of the proposed method
Modified EDAS Method Based on Cumulative Prospect Theory for Multiple Attributes Group Decision Making with Interval-valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Information
The Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs) based on the
intuitionistic fuzzy sets combines the classical decision method is in its
research and application is attracting attention. After comparative analysis,
there are multiple classical methods with IVIFSs information have been applied
into many practical issues. In this paper, we extended the classical EDAS
method based on cumulative prospect theory (CPT) considering the decision
makers (DMs) psychological factor under IVIFSs. Taking the fuzzy and uncertain
character of the IVIFSs and the psychological preference into consideration,
the original EDAS method based on the CPT under IVIFSs (IVIF-CPT-MABAC) method
is built for MAGDM issues. Meanwhile, information entropy method is used to
evaluate the attribute weight. Finally, a numerical example for project
selection of green technology venture capital has been given and some
comparisons is used to illustrate advantages of IVIF-CPT-MABAC method and some
comparison analysis and sensitivity analysis are applied to prove this new
methods effectiveness and stability.Comment: 48 page
A hybrid intuitionistic fuzzy multi-criteria group decision making approach for supplier selection
Due to the increasing competition of globalization, selection of the most appropriate supplier is one of the key factors for asupply chain management’s success. Due to conflicting evaluations and insufficient information about the criteria, Intuitionisticfuzzy sets (IFSs) considered as animpressive tool and utilized to specify the relative importance of the criteria. The aim of this paper is to develop a new approach for solving the decision making processes. Thusan intuitionistic fuzzy multi-criteria group decision making approach is proposed. Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted aggregation (IIFOWA) is utilized to aggregate individual opinions of decision makers into a group opinion. A linear programming model is used to obtain the weights of the criteria. Then acombined approach based onGRAand TOPSIS method is introduced and applied to the ranking and selection of the alternatives. Finally a numerical example for supplier selection is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. A combined method based on GRA and TOPSIS associated with intuitionistic fuzzy set has enormous chance of success for multi-criteria decision-making problems due to containing vague perception of decision makers’ opinions. Therefore, in future, intuitionistic fuzzy set can be used for dealing with uncertainty in multi-criteria decision-making problems such as project selection, manufacturing systems, pattern recognition, medical diagnosis and many other areas of management decision problems
An Extended VIKOR Method for Multiple Criteria Group Decision Making with Triangular Fuzzy Neutrosophic Numbers
In this article, we combine the original VIKOR model with a triangular fuzzy neutrosophic set to propose the triangular fuzzy neutrosophic VIKOR method. In the extended method, we use the triangular fuzzy neutrosophic numbers (TFNNs) to present the criteria values in multiple criteria group decision making (MCGDM) problems. Firstly, we summarily introduce the fundamental concepts, operation formulas and distance calculating method of TFNNs. Then we review some aggregation operators of TFNNs. Thereafter, we extend the original VIKOR model to the triangular fuzzy neutrosophic environment and introduce the calculating steps of the TFNNs VIKOR method, our proposed method which is more reasonable and scientific for considering the conflicting criteria. Furthermore, a numerical example for potential evaluation of emerging technology commercialization is presented to illustrate the new method, and some comparisons are also conducted to further illustrate advantages of the new method
Multiattribute Group Decision Making with Unknown Decision Expert Weights Information in the Framework of Interval Intuitionistic Trapezoidal Fuzzy Numbers
The aim of this paper is to investigate an approach to multiattribute group decision making with interval intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, in which the decision expert weights are unknown. First, we introduce a distance measure between two interval intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy matrixes, and based on the distance between individual matrix and extreme matrix, as well as the average matrix, we obtain the decision expert weights. Second, we utilize the interval intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy weighted geometric (IITFWG) operator and the interval intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy ordered weighted geometric (IITFOWG) operator to aggregate all individual interval intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy decision matrices into a collective interval intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy decision matrix and then derive the group overall evaluation values of the given alternatives. Finally, an illustrative example of emergency alternatives selection is given to demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method
