The Supreme Court has recently affirmed that copyrights for the digital reproduction of freelance articles belong to freelance authors, rather than the periodical and electronic media publishers who included the articles in electronic databases. However, in answering this question others, such as the preservation of the historical record and future dealings with freelance writers remain to be answered. In Pekanbaru itself, this phenomenon among student quite rapidly because the Event Organizer (EO) is usually recruit student as their SPG. This study aims to know the motive, the meaning and the student communication experiences as a freelance SPG in Pekanbaru.This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Informants in this study were 5 female students who worked as a freelance SPG who has been selective purposively. Data collection techniques is used by observation, depth interview, and documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researcher used the extension of participation and triangulation.This study shows that the motive student working as a freelance SPG past motive (because motive) is economic needs, utilizing the time, and the influence of other; as well as the motive future (in order to motive) is add work experience and get a better job. The meanings student of their jobs as a freelance SPG is a pleasant communication experience that is get a lot of new experiences, understand the character of people, receive the praise from others, as well as being more communicative; as well as the unpleasant communication experience is consumer abuse, bad responses and the views of society, and the negative stamp from society.Keyword: meaning construction, SPG freelance, motive, communication experienc

Perinatal mental disorders in Switzerland : prevalence estimates and use of mental-health services

Background: Perinatal mental disorders (PMDs) are the most common complication of pregnancy and the first postpartum year. Since PMD prevalence and use of mental-health services by perinatal women in Switzerland are unknown, we analysed existing health statistics. Methods: We used statistics from a large health insurance company, hospitals and freelance midwives. We assessed the annual rates of mental healthcare use in perinatal women (n = 13 969). We ascertained the annual rates of PMD treatment in obstetric inpatients (n = 89 699), and annual rates of PMD records by freelance midwives (n = 57 951). In 15 104 women who gave birth in 2012 or 2013, we assessed use of mental-healthcare before and during pregnancy, and in the postpartum year. For the same sample, we determined proportions of medication and consultation treatments. We used multiple regression analysis to estimate the influence of PMD on overall healthcare costs of mandatory health insurance. Results: The annual rate of mental-healthcare use by perinatal women was 16.7%. The annual rate of PMD treatment in obstetric inpatients was 1.1%. The annual rate of PMD records in the midwifery care setting was 2.9%. Women with PMD use mental health services mainly in non-obstetric outpatient settings. Medication was the most frequent treatment. Primary care providers and mental health specialists contributed almost equally to consultation treatments. PMD during pregnancy raised overall costs of healthcare in the postpartum year by 1214 Swiss francs. Conclusions: Health-system research and perinatal healthcare should take into consideration the high prevalence of PMD. Real PMD prevalence may be even higher than our data suggest and could be assessed with a survey using our model of PMD prevalence

It has been argued that creativity is an important source of regional growth. This paper investigates the geography of people in creative occupation in Germany. The population share of the Creative Class as well as of bohemians and artists is relatively high in larger cities, but smaller places and rural regions may also have a considerable proportion of people with a creative job. While ethnical and cultural diversity and a high level of public supply in health care and education can explain the distribution of creative people, employment opportunities seem to play only a minor role. A high share of creative occupations seems to be conducive to regional growth; however, the exact nature of this relationship is still unclear

Fenomena Perilaku Seks Berisiko Pemandu Karaoke Freelance di Kota Tegal

Tahun 2013, Infeksi Menular Seksual di Kota Tegal ada 396 kasus dan meningkat signifikan tahun 2014 sebanyak 2017 kasus. Selama tahun 2014 tercatat sebanyak 116 kasus HIV/AIDS dan tahun 2015semakin bertambah menjadi 152 kasus. Terdapat 17 tempat karaoke di Kota Tegal yang sebagian besar menyediakan pemandu karaoke. Pemandu karaoke terbagi menjadi 2 macam, yaitu tetap dan tidak tetap(freelance). Total jumlah pemandu karaoke tetap berkisar 250 orang. Sedangkan jumlah pemandu karaoke freelance tidak diketahui pasti atau tidak ada data konkret mengenai pemandu karaoke freelance. Pemandu karaoke memiliki tugas tambahan dengan pelayanan “plus-plus”. Menurut Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tegal, terdapat 2 orang pemandu karaoke positif HIV dan 40% pemandu karaoke terkena mengidap IMS di tahun 2015.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan fenomena perilaku seks berisiko pemandu karaoke freelancedi Kota Tegal. Dasar teori penelitian ini adalah teori Lawrence Green.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif fenomologis. Subyek penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik snowball sebanyak 7 orang yang terdiri dari 5 orang pemandu karaoke freelance, 1 orang pelanggan, dan 1 orang petugas kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usia subyek penelitian 19-31 tahun. Pengetahuan terhadap perilaku seks berisiko IMS dan HIV/AIDS masih kurang baik. Pandangan mengenai bergonta-gantipasangan dan berhubungan seks menggunakan kondom sudah cukup baik. Dalam berkaraoke terdapat pengaruh rokok dan alkohol tetapi tidak ada pengaruh dari pornografi. Subyek penelitian menganggap perlu dan penting memperoleh informasi kesehatan. Mereka masih menyembunyikan profesinya sebagai pemandu karaoke freelance pada keluarga dan pasangannya. Hubungan seks sering dilakukan di hotel namun masih belum konsisten dalam menggunakan kondom
