Geometry teaching, smartphones and QR Codes

The evolution of society driven by the digital age has brought significant changes in the school dynamics and, in particular, in the classroom. Mobile phones daily accompany students and are currently computers in small size whose use is generally not allowed in the classroom space and there are even specific legal regulations for this purpose. However, smartphones provide teachers and designers with numerous opportunities to support teaching processes developing innovative teaching and learning contents. Telemóveis na Sala de Aula: duas experiências didáticas

As tecnologias móveis invadiram a vida do cidadão do século XXI quer através dos smartphones quer através dos tablets ou computadores. Atualmente, os smartphones são considerados computadores em pequeno tamanho. Se os professores e educadores reconhecem as potencialidades dos computadores para o ensino, também os telemóveis poderão ser um suporte importante nesse processo com a vantagem acrescida de estarem sempre presentes. Esta investigação é uma parte de um projeto galardoado como Projeto de Inovação Pedagógica no Ensino à Distância e foi aplicado durante várias aulas a potenciais professores do ensino básico. Aqui, procuramos perceber a influência da integração do smartphone nas dinâmicas da sala de aula e destacar alguns benefícios que possam contribuir para uma reflexão sobre esta temática. Promoting Andean children's learning of science through cultural and digital tools
