Evaluación del programa de seguridad del paciente en la Unidad Especial de Salud de la Universidad de Córdoba

Patient safety is essential to guarantee the quality of processes and improve care in all Health Institutions. The objective of this work is to evaluate compliance with the patient safety program at the health unit of the University of Córdoba so that said program is carried out in accordance with current regulations Patient safety is a component of health care that has been gaining strength in recent decades, and it should be noted that the special health unit has realized that preventing possible adverse events in care, acting on time, correcting mistakes and learn from them, it is important to create a climate of safety that leads to the Continuous Improvement of Quality in Health care. El objetivo de este trabajo es evaluar el cumplimiento del programa de seguridad del paciente en la unidad de salud de la universidad de Córdoba con el fin de que dicho programa se lleve a cabo en conformidad con la norma vigente (Resolución 3100-2019) habilitación en calidad estándar de procesos prioritarios. La seguridad del paciente es un componente de la atención en salud que ha venido tomando fuerza en las últimas décadas y hay que resaltar que la unidad especial de salud se ha dado cuenta que prevenir posibles eventos adversos en la atención, actuar a tiempo, corregir errores y aprender de ellos, es importante para crear un clima de seguridad que lleva al Mejoramiento Continuo de la Calidad en la atención en Salud. Evaluar el programa de la Seguridad del Paciente debe ser nuestra aspiración máxima, especifica; empezando por la alta dirección de la institución, una cultura orientada a la calidad y a la seguridad se caracteriza por una alianza fuerte y solidaria, en donde se neutralizan las probabilidades de riesgos de eventos adversos, cuyo programa integra políticas y procesos relacionados con calidad, talento humano, recursos físicos, tecnológicos y sistemas de información de reporte de eventos e incidentes adversos asumiendo retos y responsabilidades para conseguir los objetivos.PregradoAdministrador(a) en SaludPráctica Empresaria
