This document demonstrates the business practice process developed at the ESE Hospital San Francisco de Ciénaga de Oro, which aimed to evaluate the Patient Safety policy in the entity. Durante el tiempo en la institución se realizó un proceso de diagnóstico que permitió conocer la situación actual de la temática de atención segura y evaluarla mediante la lista de chequeo de buenas prácticas de seguridad del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, para finalmente esbozar unos resultados que condujeron a la periodización de unos procesos de atención en salud específicos de acuerdo a la oportunidad de mejora que evidenciaban y, finalmente al planteamiento de un respectivo plan de mejoras basado en los hallazgos presentados en el diagnóstico.PregradoAdministrador(a) en Salu
