Derecho a la Ciudad. La Micropolítica desde la periferia, Ciudad Bolívar- Bogotá

This article focuses on the unequal access to the right to the city in the inhabitants of the locality 19 of Ciudad Bolívar in Bogotá, produced by the social inequalities that have historically accompanied this population, and generated in part, by the hegemonic powers present both at global and local, who are unaware of their dynamics and their territorial particularities. The re-appropriation of the territory is intended based on training and/or training workshops that provide, on the one hand, theoretical tools based on Harvey's postulates regarding the right to the city and other authors who develop concepts such as events and micropolitics, and on the other, practices from their own territorial experiences, from their community work. At the end, a significant experience of micropolitical action is presented with a foundation that has been carrying out its community work in a sector of the town for thirty years.Este artículo se centra en el problema de la no satisfacción del derecho a la ciudad a los habitantes de la localidad 19 de Ciudad Bolívar, producido por las desigualdades sociales que históricamente han acompañado a esta población, y generadas en parte, por los poderes hegemónicos presentes tanto a nivel global como local, quienes desconocen sus dinámicas y sus particularidades territoriales, generando fragmentación socioeconómica, el empobrecimiento de la experiencia urbana y la precarización de la misma vida urbana. Se pretende la re-apropiación del territorio a partir de unas capacitaciones y/o talleres formativos en torno a temas de relevancia para las organizaciones y colectivos sociales quienes trabajan por las comunidades, con acciones micropolíticas resistentes, formas de utilizar el poder de los sujetos individuales y colectivos para construir y posicionar acciones y procesos propios, no impuestos
