"Rock al parque”: “A scenario for formation in citizenship, based on the analysis of the field of political culture”

La presente investigación es producto de la reflexión por reconocer los escenarios educativos de la ciudad y la generación de aprendizajes sociales, que se organizan desde el análisis del festival de “Rock al Parque”, asumido como un espacio de expresión cultural y un lugar para la recreación social masiva y formación de prácticas tendientes a la convivencia pacífica y la autorregulación de los asistentes. Es preciso tomar en cuenta que “Rock al Parque”, durante su trayectoria ha logrado consolidar un conjunto de prácticas y aprendizajes sociales dentro de un marco de manifestaciones culturales y estéticas, que permiten inferir que el evento no se agota únicamente con la dimensión del entretenimiento, sino que incorpora una serie de apuestas formativas que buscan promover la convivencia pacífica entre los asistentes. La estructura de la investigación se organiza, inicialmente, determinando el conjunto de objetivos que determinan el presente ejercicio investigativo. En esta instancia se planean las posibles rutas teóricas y metodológicas para lograr dar cuenta de las metas trazadas. Después de ello, en el apartado de los antecedentes se presenta una revisión detallada frente a los trabajos que se han conformado en torno a “Rock al Parque”. Esta parte de la investigación constituye uno de los mayores aportes del presente trabajo, en la medida que permite categorizar los énfasis temáticos y teóricos que se han organizado para dar cuenta de “Rock al Parque”. Tras ello, se define un marco teórico que permite establecer un análisis detallado en relación con el festival de “Rock al Parque”, tomando en cuenta que las teorizaciones se despliegan tomando como elemento clave, las tensiones y dinámicas que se producen dentro del campo de Comunicación Educación. Posteriormente se explica el enfoque metodológico permite situar la presente investigación, como un trabajo de tipo cualitativo y hermenéutico interpretativo. En consonancia, la herramienta metodológica que se plantea es una entrevista semiestructurada, diseñando un cuestionario organizado con el fin que, desde la aproximación a experiencias de vida de asistentes asiduos a “Rock al Parque”, se logre caracterizar la trayectoria y el impacto del festival. En el apartado siguiente se presenta el análisis de la información, triangulando las experiencias y relatos narrados en las entrevistas respectivas, con los planteamientos y explicaciones configuradas dentro del marco teórico. Por último, se presentan las reflexiones finales, que a manera de conclusiones señalan los principales hallazgos y alcances que se obtuvieron durante la implementación del ejercicio investigativo.The present investigation is the product of reflection to recognize the educational scenarios of the city and the generation of social learning, which are organized from the analysis of the "Rock al Parque" festival, assumed as a space for cultural expression and a place for massive social recreation and formation of practices aimed at peaceful coexistence and self-regulation of the attendees. It is necessary to take into account that "Rock al Parque", during its trajectory, has managed to consolidate a set of practices and social learning within a framework of cultural and aesthetic manifestations, which allow us to infer that the event is not exhausted only with the dimension of entertainment. , but rather incorporates a series of training initiatives that seek to promote peaceful coexistence among attendees. The structure of the investigation is organized, initially, determining the set of objectives that determine the present investigative exercise. In this instance, the possible theoretical and methodological routes are planned to be able to account for the goals set. After that, in the background section a detailed review of the works that have been formed around "Rock al Parque" is presented. This part of the investigation constitutes one of the greatest contributions of this work, to the extent that it allows categorizing the thematic and theoretical emphasis that have been organized to account for "Rock al Parque". After that, a theoretical framework is defined that allows establishing a detailed analysis in relation to the "Rock al Parque" festival, taking into account that the theories are deployed taking as a key element, the tensions and dynamics that occur within the field of Communication Education. Subsequently, the methodological approach is explained, allowing to situate the present investigation, as a work of qualitative and interpretative hermeneutic type. Accordingly, the methodological tool that is proposed is a semi-structured interview, designing an organized questionnaire in order that, from the approach to the life experiences of regular attendees to "Rock al Parque", it is possible to characterize the trajectory and impact of the festival. . The following section presents the analysis of the information, triangulating the experiences and stories narrated in the respective interviews, with the approaches and explanations configured within the theoretical framework. Finally, the final reflections are presented, which as conclusions point out the main findings and scope that were obtained during the implementation of the investigative exercise
