    Efecto de microorganismos probi贸ticos aislados de Hypostomus plecostomus en juveniles de Oreochromis sp

    Objective. The aim of this study was to assess the behavior of red tilapia juveniles (Oreochromis sp.) in presence of the possible probiotic microorganisms isolated from the gastrointestinal tract of panche fish (Hypostomus plecostomus). Materials and methods. During the phase of assessment of probiotics, 120 red tilapia (Oreochromis sp) juveniles were selected, with average weight of 1.28卤0.22 g and average length of 2.99卤0.27 cm. Three experimental treatments were formulated taking into account the nourishment needs of red tilapia (Oreochromis sp.). The statistical method employed was a completely random design. Results. The three strains of Lactobacillus genus (Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus pentosus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus) isolated from the digestive tract of H. plecostomus, yielded diverse results in the biometrical variables considered, as well as in the SGR, PER, AE, AC. Conclusions. The best rapports regarding the gain in length were for the treatment with native probiotics, and it is deduced that they were easily settled in the intestines of the fish (Oreochromis sp.). It is also determined that there are significant differences in the results or gain in length for the Control Concentrate feed (CC) against Concentrate feed plus Native Probiotic (CNP) for red tilapia (Oreochromis sp.) in the juvenile stag for a 30 day time span.Objetivo. El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar el comportamiento de juveniles de tilapia roja (Oreochromis sp.) frente a los posibles microorganismos probi贸ticos aislados del tracto gastrointestinal del pez panche (Hypostomus plecostomus). Materiales y m茅todos. En la fase de evaluaci贸n del probi贸tico, se seleccionaron 120 juveniles de Tilapia roja (Oreochromis sp) con un peso promedio de 1.28卤0.22 g y una longitud promedio de 2.99卤0.27 cm. Se formularon tres tratamientos experimentales teniendo en cuenta las necesidades nutricionales de la tilapia roja (Oreochromis sp.). El modelo estad铆stico que se emple贸 fue un dise帽o completamente al azar. Resultados. Las tres cepas del g茅nero Lactobacillus (Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus pentosus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus) aisladas del tracto digestivo del H. plecostomus, dieron resultados diversos en las variables biom茅tricas consideradas, as铆 como en la TCE, TEP, EA y CA. Conclusiones. Los mejores reportes en cuanto a ganancia en longitud fueron para el tratamiento con el probi贸tico nativo y se deduce que se establecieron con facilidad en el intestino del pez (Oreochromis sp.) se determin贸 que si existen diferencias significativas en los resultados de ganancia de longitud, para Concentrado Control (CC) vs., Concentrado m谩s Probi贸tico Nativo (CPN) para Tilapia roja (Oreochromis sp.) en la etapa de juveniles por un per铆odo de 30 d铆as
