Dynamic configurability of a semantic matchmaker for ontology-based resource discovery in open distributed systems

An important requirement for dynamic collaboration and semantic interoperability in open distributed systems is to minimize the effort needed for answering resource discovery queries by simultaneously guaranteeing the accuracy of the answers.
