Desarrollo e implementación de una herramienta que permita la recepción técnica en medicamentos ingresados por el paciente en la clínica Traumas y Fracturas de Montería.

This research seeks to monitor the medications admitted by patients who have a considerable number of underlying diseases, who are treated at the Traumas y Fracturas clinic in the city of Montería during the period of February 2022. , for this, it was decided to design a tool that would allow collecting the necessary data to achieve the planned objectives, in the study a total of 150 patients with different traumas and fractures were included, where only 14 of these had the precise requirements to carry out After this investigation was carried out, it can therefore be stated that only a small percentage, corresponding to 9.3% of the study population, presented their medications to continue with the treatment even in the circumstances they presented, these patients were in an age range between 30 to 70 years. The results can be seen reflected in tables 2 found on pages (23 to 24). The sex and age of the patients are observed in tables 3 and 4, in tables 5 and 6 the pathologies and the different medications used to treat them are observed, and in table number 7 the conditions that the medications present are found. Taking into account the results, it was concluded that adults between the ages of 32-50 are more likely to suffer traumas and/or bills due to the constant movement to carry out their daily activities. On the other hand, the drugs most used to treat the underlying diseases presented by the patients were Losartan at different concentrations and Metformin. ANEXOS .................................................................................................................. 36Con esta investigación se busca realizar un seguimiento a los medicamentos ingresados por los pacientes que presentan un número considerable de enfermedades de base, los cuales son atendidos en la clínica Traumas y Fracturas de la ciudad de Montería durante el periodo de tiempo del mes de febrero 2022, para ello se optó por diseñar una herramienta que permitiera recolectar los datos necesarios para lograr los objetivos previstos, en el estudio se incluyó un total de 150 pacientes con diferentes traumas y fracturas, dónde solo 14 de estos contaban con los requisitos precisos para llevar a cabo esta investigación, por ello se puede afirmar que sólo un pequeño porcentaje, correspondiente al 9,3% de la población en estudio, presentaban sus medicamentos para continuar con el tratamiento aún en las circunstancias que presentaban, estos pacientes estaban en un rango de edad entre 30 a 70 años. Los resultados se pueden ver reflejados en las tablas 2 que se encuentran en las páginas (23 a la 24). Se observa el sexo y la edad de los pacientes en la tabla 3 y 4, en las tablas 5 y 6 se observa las patologías y los distintos medicamentos que se utilizan para tratarlas y en la tabla número 7 se encuentran las condiciones que presentan los medicamentos. . Teniendo en cuenta los resultados se llegó a la conclusión que los adultos que se encuentran en edades de 32- 50 años son más propensos a padecer traumas y/o facturas debido al constante movimiento para la realización de sus actividades diarias. Por otra parte, los medicamentos más utilizados para tratar las enfermedades de base presentadas por los pacientes fueron el Losartán a diferentes concentraciones y Metformina.
