    ECG Recording and Heart Raje Detection with Textile-Electronic Integrated Instrumentation

    In this thesis is presented the whole process to design an ECG on textile and the different techniques available for its development that were found in a previous literary research. Two different circuits were built using a hybrid solution in between two different disciplines, electronics and textiles. A first ECG with a more handmade procedure using conductive painting and textiles; a second one employing a conductive ink printer and film. In both the interconnections were done on the fabric or film and the circuits were placed in three different PCB attached to them. Experimental measurements were performed with both circuits to test their operation and reliability; even though the real purpose was to start a path for further investigation in order to achieve a functional wearable device for stress monitoring and a possibility to transfer this technology to other fields.Tena Gil, M.; Rodríguez Escriche, JM.
