Within organizations it is customary to choose as coordinator, boss, manager or supervisor of a work team, that person who, regularly, is the closest to the address. Most of the time, you do not have the required experience that would enrich the work environment, if not, you get to learn in practice, leading to expenses and demotivation in employees, who do not consider it fair that this character is in that position, having people with the skills, abilities and knowledge that are needed.Dentro de las organizaciones se acostumbra a elegir como coordinador, jefe, encargado o supervisor de un equipo de trabajo, a aquella persona que, regularmente, es la más cercana a la dirección. La mayoría de las veces, no se cuenta con la experiencia requerida que permitiría enriquecer el ambiente laboral, si no, que llegan a aprender en la práctica, acarreando gastos y desmotivación en los empleados, quienes no consideran justo que ese personaje se encuentre en ese puesto, habiendo personas con las destrezas, habilidades y conocimientos que se necesitan
