Monitoring the use of the web resource of an electronic scientific professional publication under martial law

У публікації представлено результати моніторингу використання вебресурсу електронного наукового фахового видання за допомогою статистичного модуля IRStats 2 та інформаційно-аналітичної системи Google Analytics в умовах воєнного стану в порівнянні з мирним періодом. Публікації, що внесені науковими працівниками Інституту цифровізації освіти НАПН України до Електронної бібліотеки НАПН України, виступають у якості відкритого джерела даних для наукометричних платформ, знаходяться у вільному доступі у відкритій наукометричній платформі з широким галузевим та мовним покриттям, тобто індексуються сервісом Google Scholar. Система автоматично збирає дані щодо цитування та визначає індекс Гірша наукової установи. За допомогою статистичного модуля IRStats 2 та системи Google Analytics можливе проведення якісного моніторингу та аналізу показників ефективності використання освітніх вебресурсів за певними періодами, оцінювання кількісних й якісних характеристик трафіку.The publication presents the results of monitoring the use of the web resource of the electronic scientific professional publication using the statistical module IRStats 2 and the information-analytical system Google Analytics under martial law compared to the peacetime period. Publications contributed by researchers of the Institute of Digitalization of Education of the NAES of Ukraine to the Digital Library of the NAES of Ukraine act as an open source of data for scientometric platforms, are freely available in an open scientometric platform with wide sectoral and language coverage, i.e. are indexed by Google Scholar. The system automatically collects citation data and determines the Hirsch index of a research institution. With the help of the IRStats 2 statistical module and the Google Analytics system, it is possible to conduct qualitative monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of the use of educational web resources for certain periods, as well as to assess the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of traffic

Збірник містить матеріали Звітної наукової конференції Інституту цифровізації освіти НАПН України «Цифрова трансформація науково-освітніх середовищ в умовах воєнного стану». The reports of the participants of the conference defined the modern directions of development of digital technologies of open education and science, described the theoretical and practical aspects of designing and using modern learning tools in a computer-oriented environment, in particular, the use of cloud and immersive technologies, and also presented the results of research on the transformation and role of web-oriented systems of encyclopedic editions, the use of the semantic approach in the functioning of online encyclopedias and the formation of the conceptual and terminological apparatus of pedagogy and psychology.
