The new economy has transformed the manufacturing and industry by the advent of information technology and communication ICT, which generate production development, productivity, competitiveness and the degree of readiness to promote growth in open systems Villavicencio small businesses, as this generates constant exchange with other surrounding systems through complex interactions. Accordingly we developed a research to know the use of ICT's in Villavicencio, where it was observed that 100% of the organizations surveyed have at least two tools of information and communication for service in relation to the groups of interest, but do not give them the proper use by problems of resistance to change.La nueva economía ha transformado la fabricación y la industria por la llegada de tecnología de la información y la comunicación TIC, las cuales generan desarrollo en la producción, la productividad, la competitividad y el grado de disponibilidad para promover el crecimiento en sistemas abiertos en las pequeñas empresas de Villavicencio, ya que esto genera constante intercambio con otros sistemas circundantes por medio de complejas interacciones. De acuerdo a esto se elaboró una investigación con el fin de conocer el uso de las tic’s en Villavicencio, donde se observó que el 100% de las organizaciones encuestadas cuentan por lo menos dos herramientas de información y comunicación para el servicio en relación con los grupos de interés, pero que no les dan el uso adecuado por problemas a la resistencia al cambio
